The tie-tubes 5 lie along adjacent walls between the walls and the supports. The tubes 3 are secured to the tubes by arms welded to the webs between two adjacent wall tubes-3 and sliding on the tie-tubes 5, and the tie-tubes 5 are secured to the I-section supports by sliding brackets. The ends of the tie-tubes 5 are connected to the supports 4 by bars 9 pivoted to the ends of the tubesand to the supports.
