1,104,061. Endless conveyers. H. BEUKENBERG, H. BEUKENBERG, and K. BEUKENBERG, [trading as MASCHINENFABRIK GLUCKAUF GUNTHER KLERNER]. 26 May, 1965, No. 22445/65. Heading B8A. The reversing station of a double chainscraper conveyer 3 is equipped with conveyer drives 1, 1<SP>1</SP> and a further drive 2 for a plough (not shown). A base plate 4 has two frames 5, 6 carrying the drives 1, 1<SP>1</SP>, 2 and is hingedly connected to the base 7 of a holding prop 8. Brackets 9, 10 on the plate 4 provide attachments for double acting bracing piston-andcylinder devices 11, 12 pivotable in the plane of the longwall floor. The piston-rods of the devices 11, 12 are hingedly connected to holding props 15, 16. A double-acting control piston- and-cylinder device 17 serves to shift the holding props 15, 16. The conveyer 3 may be advanced and also adjusted in position, as indicated in Fig. 4. Bracing and advancing operations may be performed simultaneously.
