Abstract

[Also in Division F1] In a fuel injection pump control device a control cam-face 14', Fig.1, is rotatable in dependence on the position of a throttle valve 16a, follower 10 is mounted on a centrifugal governor sleeve 6 and a lever 19 transmits movements of the feeler to the pump control member 20. Operation. With speed increase sleeve 6 is displaced to the right against spring 8 and resultant movement of follower 10 is transmitted to lever 20 via pin and slot 17, 18 and a lever pivoted at 22. The position of pivot 22 is moved in accordance with temperature changes via rod 24. In another embodiment Fig. 2 (not shown) the follower movements are transmitted by lever (19a) to a double-armed shift lever (26) and thence to fuel control rod (25). The pivot of the doublearmed lever (26) is moved in accordance with ambient pressure changes and the pivot (22) of lever (19a) is moved in accordance with temperature changes.
