Abstract
107,391. Kenward, E. March 23, 1916. Materials for making beverages.-Non-malted beverages with an alcoholic content below two per cent are made by fermenting with yeast a liquor prepared by boiling a solution of glucose with hops and a small quantity of salt. After removal of yeast, the liquor is casked and rolled or agitated with hops until thorough impregnation results.
