Abstract
1,066,215. Photographic transfer processes and material therefor. FUJI SHASHIN FILM KABUSHIKI KAISHA. Oct. 4, 1963 [Nov.12, 1962], No. 39275/63. Heading G2C. In the silver salt diffusion transfer process the image is transferred in the presence of a toner of one of the tautomeric formulae. wherein R is hydrogen or alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms and R' is hydrogen or halogen or an alkyl or an alkoxy group with 1-4 carbon atoms or a nitro group. The toner may be in either the silver halide emulsion, the developer or in the imagereceiving material. Specified toners are wherein R is hydrogen or methyl and R' is chlorine, a methyl, methoxy or nitro group. The image receiving material may contain colloidal palladium sulphide as nuclei and the silver halide emulsion may contain a developer (hydroquinone) and benzotriazole.
