Abstract

1,060,361. Multiple containers. LIA CLERICI. Jan. 13, 1966 [Oct. 29, 1965], No. 1722/66. Heading B8D. A multiple container, e.g. for liquids or creams, comprises three superposed bottles (1), (2), (3), Fig. 1 (not shown), the necks of the lower bottles (2), (3) fitting respectively into recesses in the bases of the bottles (1), (2) which recesses are screw-threaded to form closures for the bottles (2), (3). At least the bottom bottle (3) is weighted at the base. The top bottle (1) has a screw cap provided with a spray (7). A brush is secured to the neck of the bottle (2). The lower bottles may have separate covers (16), Fig. 2 (not shown). If the bottles are of resilient plastics they may be joined by a snap-fit; or if of metal, they may be joined by a bayonet coupling.
