[Also in Division B8] A monorail 5 comprises two identical parts rigidly connected together at 5c after being bent into appropriate curves, clamps 4 and rods 2 suspending the rail from roof 1. A similar monorail 9 is suspended from wheeled crabs 8 and carries a crab 10 supporting, for example, an electrically operated hoist supplied through cable 11; runners 12 support the cable. A resilient stop 16 is wedged between the converging sides of rail 9 or 5 and the end of the rail has tubes (13), Fig. 4 (not shown), welded to it for bolts (14) for joining rails together or for attaching an end cap (15).
