Abstract

1,046,405. Drawing-board stands. DOMKRAFT NIKE A.B. Sept. 2, 1963, No. 34565/63. Heading A4H. The table plate 1 of a drawing table is rigidly connected, by two brackets to an axle 4 which is pivoted in an articulated head 9 rigidly connected with the stand 8. When the plate 1 is rotated about the axle 4, an arm 15, which is rigidly connected to the axle 4, actuates a bolt 19 which compresses a spring 21 on counterbalance the movement of the plate 1. The axle 4 and thus the plate 1 may be locked in relation to the stand 8 by a nut screwed on one end of the axle 4. The stand 8 which comprises inner and outer tubes 11, 10, respectively, is vertically adjustable by means of a hydraulic cylinder 12 and locked in position by locking means 14.
