Abstract

1,039,038. Stacking receptacles. EKCO PRODUCTS CO. Jan. 7, 1965 [Aug. 4, 1964], No. 817/65. Heading B8P. A receptacle e.g. for loaves has pivoted handles which are biased outwardly by gravity when in the upright position and on which channel members 27 of an adjacent tray may sit when stacked, the ends 28 of the pivot members 19 preventing transverse sliding. With the handles collapsed inwardly the members 27 sit on the ends 16 and runners 29 welded to the bottom of the tray engage between opposing handle portions to prevent transverse movement.
