Abstract

1,035,791. Alarm clocks. KIENZLE UHRENFABRIKEN G.m.b.H. Jan. 11,1965 [Jan. 29,1964], No.1167/65. Heading G3T. The ringing mechanism is tensioned by a press key 1 on top of the clock housing. The key is fast with a stem 2 pivoted to a toothed sector 5 which engages a pinion 8 fast on a shaft 9 with a ratchet wheel 10. This wheel is engaged by a pawl 12 carried by a toothed wheel 14 loose on shaft 9. Wheel 14 drives the scape wheel 11 which in turn drives the bell clapper. Coil spring 3 on stem 2 drives the mechanism.
