Abstract

1,016,816. Cleaning pipes. TORKNET G.m.b.H. Aug. 4, 1964 [Aug. 29, 1963], No. 30778/64. Heading F2N. An apparatus for cleaning pipes which have been used for conveying concrete comprises a multistage centrifugal water pump, an electrical or internal combustion engine for driving said pump, a tank adapted to contain a quantity of water for delivery through said pump and means for connecting the pump to the pipe-line and means enabling the pump to be transported. Preferably the water is delivered at 20 to 22 atmospheres pressure.
