Abstract

[Also in Division B2] A device for separating air from the cooling liquid comprises fixed vanes 11 which set the cooling liquid into swirling motion, a mixture of air and water collecting at the core 17 of the swirl being removed to a settling tank through a collecting pipe 14. The device is preferably situated on the output side of a cooling pump.
