A flexible tube 3 connects two partially concentric pipes 1, 6 at their outer surfaces. Pipe 1 may be a suction intake, and pipe 6 an extension of an inlet manifold 2, of an internal combustion engine. The flexible tube may engage a flange 5 integral with the pipe 1. Pipe ends 4, 6 may not be integral with the respective pipes 1, 2.
