Abstract

1,047,736. Irrigating land. A. P. PEDRICK. Oct. 18, 1965, No. 44094/65. Heading A1B. Snowballs are fed into a pipeline in the Polar regions and conveyed to a desert region where they are melted to form a lake, the water therein being conveyed into a system of parallel water mains and pumped into the land by a distribution pipe which travels over the land by means of motor driven trolleys which run on top of the parallel water mains.
