Abstract

L’invention concerne un pneumatique (1) conçu pour avoir une fabrication standardisée de son armature de carcasse (40) comprenant deux couches de carcasse (41, 42). Le pneumatique (1) est défini de manière à ce que la même longueur de la deuxième couche de carcasse (42) puisse être utilisée pour plusieurs dimensions pneumatiques différentes. Pour cela, la longueur de la courbe d’équilibre (60) reliant le centre d’une première tringle au centre d’une deuxième tringle est utilisée comme longueur de la deuxième couche de carcasse (42). Cette longueur est ensuite ajustée en prenant des valeurs prédéfinies jusqu’à une limite de réduction de 60 mm de la longueur de la courbe d’équilibre. Les distances entre chacune des extrémités de la deuxième couche de carcasse (42) aux droites axiales (TT’) passant les centres des tringles doivent être inférieures à 30 mm.
