Abstract

Procédé de préparation d’un substra t d’élevage de larves d’insecte s par hydrolyse enzymatique et substrat obtenu L’invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d’un substrat d’élevage de larves d’insectes à partir de sous-produits issus de végétaux, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) obtention de sous-produits issus de végétaux sous forme de particules ayant une D50 inférieure ou égale à 5 mm, de préférence inférieure ou égale à 2 mm, encore plus préférentiellement inférieure ou égale à 1,5 mm, si nécessaire par homogénéisation, b) mélange du produit obtenu en a) avec une composition aqueuse comprenant éventuellement des composés issus des végétaux et solubles dans la phase aqueuse, pour obtenir une composition dont le taux d’humidité est compris entre 55% et 85% en poids par rapport au poids total de mélange, et c) ajout d’au moins une enzyme au mélange b), puis homogénéisation, dans lequel l’étape c) est concomitante ou postérieure à l’étape b).
