Abstract
L’invention concerne un panneau de coffrage (1) pour la fabrication d’un élément de construction par coulage d’un matériau hydraulique de remplissage. Il comporte dans au moins une de ses faces d’appui (FA) un logement (3) pour recevoir un organe d’étanchéité (10) via une zone de montage (15). Cet organe d’étanchéité (10) comporte une zone de joint (19) agencée pour se déformer élastiquement et assurer une étanchéité de contact au niveau d’un plan de joint (J) entre ledit panneau de coffrage (1, 2) et un autre panneau de coffrage adjacent, et une zone négative de coffrage (21) agencée pour créer une empreinte dans ledit élément de construction moulé. L’organe d’étanchéité (10) est réversible et peut adopter une première position de montage dans laquelle ladite zone négative de coffrage est escamotée à l’intérieur du panneau de coffrage, et une seconde position de montage dans laquelle elle est saillante à l’extérieur du panneau de coffrage pour créer ladite empreinte. Dans le domaine de la construction par coulage d’un matériau hydraulique de remplissage, tel que du béton ou similaire, dans un coffrage que ce soit sur chantier ou en usine, on utilise majoritairement des coffrages réutilisables en bois ou en acier. Les panneaux de coffrage en acier, appelés également des banches ou des joues, comportent traditionnellement des organes d’étanchéité pour assurer l’étanchéité hydraulique du coffrage à l’interface entre deux panneaux de coffrage. En effet, ces organes d’étanchéité ont pour fonction d’éviter le passage de laitance du béton dans cet interface. Pour certains éléments de construction moulés, on cherche à casser les angles pour éviter les arêtes vives. C’est le cas notamment des angles aux extrémités ou aux abouts de mur ou de dalle, des angles des poteaux ou des poutres, des nez de marche d’escalier, etc. Pour créer des angles coupés dans un élément de construction moulé, il existe plusieurs solutions. Une des solutions consiste à utiliser des coffrages perdus en carton, en polystyrène, ou similaire, dont la surface intérieure comporte des négatifs de coffrage. Ces coffrages perdus servent essentiellement à la fabrication des poteaux pourvus d’angles chanfreinés. Une autre solution consiste à utiliser des profils négatifs de coffrage, qui peuvent être en carton, PVC, polyuréthane, acier ou similaire, et qui sont rapportés dans les coffrages. Ces profils négatifs de coffrage comportent généralement une aile qui doit être fixée à la jonction entre deux panneaux de coffrage, par cloutage, rivetage, collage ou similaire, avant de fermer le coffrage. Ces solutions ne sont donc pas satisfaisantes. Elles sont limitées à un type d’élément de construction et/ou complexifient la mise en œuvre des coffrages. En outre, elles ne sont pas ou peu réutilisables, car elles sont en tout ou partie dégradées ou détruites, et créent inévitablement des déchets. These solutions are therefore not satisfactory. They are limited to one type of construction element and/or complicate the implementation of formwork. In addition, they are not or only slightly reusable, because they are wholly or partly degraded or destroyed, and inevitably create waste. These solutions are therefore not part of an eco-responsible approach.
