Abstract

L’invention concerne un écran (1) de protection acoustique destiné à être monté sous un véhicule automobile, comprenant une coque (2) thermo-comprimée à base de fibres structurelles liées entre elles par un agent de liaison activé à chaud, et pourvue d’une face externe (3) recouverte d’une couche fibreuse de protection (4) constituée de : entre 50% et 70% de fibres bi-composant comprenant une âme à haut point de fusion et une gaine à point de fusion moindre ; entre 30% et 50% de fibres de polypropylène, de manière à présenter une composante apolaire propice à une faible adhésion de la glace, ladite couche ayant fait l’objet d’une fusion à température supérieure à la température de fusion de ladite gaine et du polypropylène et inférieure à celle de ladite âme, de manière à offrir un état de surface lissé et minimiser l’accroche mécanique de la glace.
