Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement et de séparation de composés aromatiques à partir d’une charge essence, comprenant les étapes/unités suivantes : hydrogénation sélective (A) de la charge essence (1) en présence d’hydrogène (2) pour produire un effluent d’hydrogénation sélective (3) ; fractionnement (B) de l’effluent d’hydrogénation sélective (3) pour produire au moins une coupe C5- (4) contenant des composés à 5 atomes de carbones ou moins, et une coupe C6+ (5) contenant des composés à au moins 6 atomes de carbones ; hydrogénation (C) de la coupe C6+ (5) pour produire un effluent d’hydrogénation (6) ; extraction des aromatiques (D) de l’effluent d’hydrogénation (6) pour produire au moins un flux aromatique (17) concentré en composés aromatiques et un raffinat (10) concentré en composés non-aromatiques, par rapport à la composition de l’effluent d’hydrogénation (6).
