La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de transmission automatique.
JP 2019-55771 A divulgue que, afin de minimiser la décélération d'un véhicule perçue par un occupant du véhicule pendant une phase de changement de rapport et, en même temps, de réduire la consommation d'énergie d'un moteur électrique, lorsqu'une valeur de couple maximale qui peut être transmise par le moteur électrique est inférieure à une valeur de couple initiale transmise aux roues par un moteur thermique juste avant le début de la phase de changement de rapport, un embrayage à friction est progressivement désengagé au cours d’une période de temps jusqu'à ce que le couple transmis à la roue par le moteur thermique atteigne une valeur de couple réduite qui soit sensiblement égale à la valeur de couple maximale pouvant être transmise par le moteur électrique, l'embrayage à friction est progressivement engagé pendant une période de temps jusqu'à ce que le couple transmis aux roues par le moteur thermique passe de la valeur de couple réduite à la valeur de couple initiale, et le moteur électrique ne transmet aucun couple au cours de chaque période de temps.

Problème technique
Cependant, dans JP2019-55771A, lorsqu'une valeur de couple maximale pouvant être transmise par le moteur électrique est inférieure à une valeur de couple initiale transmise aux roues par un moteur thermique juste avant le début de la phase de changement de rapport, il existe une période de temps au cours de laquelle le moteur électrique ne transmet aucun couple. Au cours de cette période, un embrayage à friction est désengagé ou engagé plus lentement qu’au cours d’une période au cours de laquelle le moteur électrique transmet du couple, et achever le changement de vitesse prend donc du temps, et le conducteur peut percevoir une sensation de retard pendant le changement de vitesse.
Ainsi, un objectif de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif de commande de transmission automatique qui puisse réduire une sensation de retard perçue par le conducteur pendant un changement de vitesse.

Afin de résoudre le problème mentionné ci-dessus, la présente invention est un dispositif de commande de transmission automatique fourni à un véhicule hybride comportant un moteur à combustion, un moteur électrique, une transmission automatique qui modifie une vitesse de rotation du moteur à combustion et transmet la rotation à un arbre d'entraînement, et un embrayage qui libère ou connecte une transmission de puissance entre le moteur à combustion et l'arbre d'entraînement, le dispositif de commande de transmission automatique comportant une unité de commande qui commande la transmission automatique et l'embrayage de manière à commander la commutation des étages de transmission de la transmission automatique, dans lequel l'unité de commande augmente une vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours d’une période de tolérance prédéterminée pendant laquelle un changement du couple d'embrayage fourni à la transmission automatique est autorisé au cours d’une période de changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique.
Le dispositif de commande de transmission automatique peut également comprendre les caractéristiques suivantes, prises isolément ou en combinaison :
- La période de tolérance est une période de temps au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est inférieur ou égal à un couple qui est supérieur à un couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique d'une quantité prédéterminée au cours d’un processus de libération d'embrayage et d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique ;
- La période de tolérance comprend, au cours d’un processus de libération d'embrayage et d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique, une période de non-assistance au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est supérieur au couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et aucun couple d'assistance n'est fourni par le moteur électrique, et une période d'assistance au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est inférieur ou égal au couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et la différence de couple entre le couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et le couple d'embrayage est fournie par le moteur électrique pour assistance ;
- L'unité de commande règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période de non-assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours d’une période de temps autre que la période de tolérance, et règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période d'assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période de non-assistance au cours du processus de libération d'embrayage et du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique ;
- L'unité de commande règle la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique de manière à ce qu’elle soit plus longue que la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de libération d’embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique ;
- L'unité de commande augmente la période de tolérance du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique en réponse à une requête d’accélération du conducteur.
Le dispositif de commande de transmission automatique peut également comprendre les caractéristiques suivantes, prises isolément ou en combinaison :

- L'unité de commande règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période de non-assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours d’une période de temps autre que la période de tolérance, et règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période d'assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage au cours de la période de non-assistance au cours du processus de libération d'embrayage et du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique ;
- L'unité de commande règle la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique de manière à ce qu’elle soit plus longue que la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de libération d’embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique ;
- L'unité de commande augmente la période de tolérance du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique en réponse à une requête d’accélération du conducteur.

Ainsi, selon la présente invention, il est possible de réduire une sensation de retard perçue par le conducteur pendant un changement de vitesse.

Claims (6)
- Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique fourni à un véhicule hybride (1) comprenant un moteur à combustion (2), un moteur électrique (4), une transmission automatique (3) qui modifie une vitesse de rotation du moteur à combustion (2) et transmet la rotation à un arbre d'entraînement (11), et un embrayage (31) qui libère ou connecte une transmission de puissance entre le moteur à combustion (2) et l'arbre d'entraînement (11),
le dispositif de commande de transmission automatique comprenant une unité de commande (8) qui commande la transmission automatique (3) et l'embrayage (31) de manière à commander la commutation des étages de transmission de la transmission automatique (3), dans lequel
l'unité de commande (8) augmente une vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage (31) au cours d’une période de tolérance prédéterminée pendant laquelle un changement du couple d'embrayage fourni à la transmission automatique (3) est autorisé au cours d’une période de changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3). - Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la période de tolérance est une période de temps au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est inférieur ou égal à un couple qui est supérieur à un couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique d'une quantité prédéterminée au cours d’un processus de libération d'embrayage et d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3).
- Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la période de tolérance comprend, au cours d’un processus de libération d'embrayage et d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3), une période de non-assistance au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est supérieur au couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et aucun couple d'assistance n'est fourni par le moteur électrique (4) et une période d'assistance au cours de laquelle le couple d'embrayage est inférieur ou égal au couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et la différence de couple entre le couple maximal de sortie du moteur électrique et le couple d'embrayage est fournie par le moteur électrique (4) pour assistance.
- Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'unité de commande (8) règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage (31) au cours de la période de non-assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage (31) au cours d’une période de temps autre que la période de tolérance et règle la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage (31) au cours de la période d'assistance pour qu’elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de fonctionnement de l'embrayage (31) au cours de la période de non-assistance au cours du processus de libération d'embrayage et du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3).
- Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'unité de commande (8) règle la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant un changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3) de manière à ce qu’elle soit plus longue que la période de tolérance au cours d’un processus de libération d’embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3).
- Dispositif de commande de transmission automatique selon la revendication 5, dans lequel, l'unité de commande (8) augmente la période de tolérance du processus de connexion d'embrayage pendant le changement de vitesse de la transmission automatique (3) en réponse à une requête d’accélération du conducteur.
