Abstract

L’invention concerne un convertisseur de tension comprenant : une capacité destinée à être préchargée par un courant de précharge ; etau moins deux cellules de commutation (50) connectées en parallèle et fournissant chacune un courant de précharge élémentaire (Ic1) dont la somme forme le courant de précharge, chaque cellule comprenant : un hacheur élévateur (C) connecté en série avec un dispositif de précharge (20) comportant une source de courant constant (SC3) délivrant un courant d’activation (I3) constant, une borne d’alimentation (A3) recevant le courant d’activation (I3), un premier transistor (T1) fournissant le courant de précharge élémentaire (Ic1) lorsque ladite borne d’alimentation (A3) reçoit le courant d’activation (I3), et un circuit de limitation (5) du courant d’activation (I3) conçu pour générer un courant dérivé (Ika), ledit courant dérivé limitant le courant d’activation (I3) de sorte que la borne de commande du premier transistor reçoive un courant de commande (Ig) tel que le premier transistor (T1) fonctionne en régime linéaire afin de réguler le courant de précharge élémentaire (Ic1) à une valeur de référence (Icref), le circuit de limitation de courant (5) comportant un amplificateur opérationnel agencé pour comparer une tension (V+) représentative du courant de précharge élémentaire (Ic1) à une tension de référence (Vref), afin de fournir une tension de sortie (Vs) en fonction de la comparaison, et un circuit générateur de courant (6) conçu pour générer le courant dérivé (Ika) en fonction de la tension de sortie (Vs) de l’amplificateur opérationnel (AO).
