Abstract

Procédé universel de préparation d’encres acryliques destinées aux beaux-arts et loisirs créatifs , et pour tous types de pigments, qui supprime tout phénomène de floculation ou décantation pigmentaire en raison d’un stockage immobile dans une durée prolongée, caractérisé par :- une composition faisant appel à :une résine copolymère, un glycol, un polyphosphate, des pigments de couleur, de l’eau déminéralisée, de l’ammoniac, de la cire et de l’acide , - une préparation par type d’ingrédient consistant en : = une première étape de dispersions et d’homogénéisation des pigments dans un mélange constitué selon l’ordre d’incorporation suivant : une résine copolymère acrylique styrène, un glycol, un polyphosphate, = une seconde étape d’ajustement des valeurs caractéristique de viscosité, d’acidité et de brillance du mélange, consiste à mélanger à température ambiante, avec une rotation continue dans l’ordre suivant, l’eau, un ammoniac ou de la soude , une cire et un acide, le mélange est maintenu en rotation pendant 5 à 10 minutes.
