Abstract
« Frein à disque comportant au moins un ressort de rappel élastique d'un patin de freinage, ressort de rappel élastique, kit de remplacement et procédé de montage » L’invention propose un ressort de rappel élastique axial d’un patin de freinage (118) d’un frein à disque (36), depuis une position active vers une position inactive, ledit ressort étant destiné à être interposé entre le patin de freinage (118) et un support fixe (140), ledit ressort (1) comprenant une portion de déformation élastique, une portion de chape agencée pour être fixée sur le support fixe (140) du frein à disque, et une portion de patin. La portion de chape comprend une partie de support et une partie de raccordement comprenant au moins un pli de raccordement agencé et configuré pour prendre appui sur une partie d’ancrage (145) du support fixe (140), et coopérer avec ladite partie d’ancrage (145) pour éviter un soulèvement de ladite partie de raccordement. Le domaine de l’invention est celui des systèmes de freinage pour automobiles. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig.4b.
