Abstract

L'invention propose un frein à disque de véhicule automobile qui comporte un disque de frein, un support fixe, un patin de freinage monté coulissant axialement dans le support fixe, et au moins un ressort de rappel élastique (48) du patin de freinage (18) vers sa position de repos. Le ressort (48) une patte de fixation (52) qui s'étend dans un plan orthogonal à la direction de coulissement axial du patin de freinage (18), pour être fixée sur une partie du support fixe (14), une patte active (62) qui s'étend dans un plan pour être fixée sur une partie associée du patin de freinage (18), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une desdites pattes (52, 62) est fixée par emboîtement sur un tronçon d'extrémité libre d'un pion (350a, 350f) d'orientation axiale.
