Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un élément élastique (21) inséré dans un frein, notamment à disque, entre piston (23) et actionneur linéaire (22, 230) de frein de stationnement, stabilisant passivement l'effort de serrage en stationnement en absorbant ou restituant une énergie mécanique de compression. Celui-ci forme une pièce de tôle métallique élastique insérée entre partie d'appui (220) d'actionneur linéaire et (230) de piston : une partie extérieure (212) retenue par un épaulement (231) ou rétrécissement formé à l'intérieur du piston, et une partie intérieure (213, 214) recevant l'appui de l'actionneur linéaire (22) avant contact avec la partie d'appui (230) du piston lorsque l'élément élastique (21) est au repos, ménageant ainsi une course (D21) de déformation élastique pour l'actionneur linéaire lorsqu'il appuie sur le piston. De préférence, il s'agit d'un corps cylindrique (211) logé à l'intérieur (239) du piston (23) et entourant l'actionneur linéaire 22, fonctionnant ainsi en flexion et extension.
