Abstract

Une planche de bord équipe un véhicule et comprend : une ossature comportant une partie inférieure sur laquelle est couplé, dans une zone située devant le siège du conducteur, au moins un panneau se déformant en cas de percussion par les genoux du conducteur lors d’un choc frontal subi par le véhicule, et au moins une pièce de renfort (4) installée entre cette partie inférieure et ce panneau et réalisée dans un matériau déformable sans rupture lors de cette percussion, afin de participer à la retenue du bassin du conducteur.
