Claims (15)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Composition cosmétique lavante comprenant :au moins un agent tensioactif;au moins un filtre solaire lipophile ;au moins un agent filmogène lipophile, et- un agent solubilisant ledit au moins un filtre, caractérisée en ce qu’elle se présente sous forme anhydre.
- 2. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un agent tensioactif est un ester polyglycérolique d’acide gras choisi dans le groupe comprenant les esters polyglycéroliques d’acide gras ayant une HLB comprise entre 5 et 10 et les esters polyglycéroliques d’acide gras ayant une HLB égale ou supérieure à 13.
- 3. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comprend au moins deux agents tensioactifs correspondant respectivement à au moins un ester polyglycérolique d’acide gras ayant une HLB comprise entre 5 et 10 et au moins un ester polyglycérolique d’acide gras ayant une HLB égale ou supérieure à 13.
- 4. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l’ester polyglycérolique d’acides gras ayant une HLB comprise entre 5 et 10 est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les désignations INCI : Polyglyceryl-2 Stearate, Polyglyceryl-2 Laurate, Polyglyceryl-2 Oleate, Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate, Polyglyceryl-2 Caprate, Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate, Polyglyceryl-3 Palmitate, Polyglyceryl-5 Dioleate, Polyglyceryl-2 Diisostearate, Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate, et Polyglyceryl-10 Triisostearate, et leurs mélanges.
- 5. Composition selon Tune des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que Tester polyglycérolique d’acides gras ayant une HLB égale ou supérieure à 13 est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les désignations INCI : Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Polyglyceryl-5 Laurate, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate, Polyglyceryl-10 Myristate, Polyglyceryl-10 Caprylate/Caprate et leurs mélanges.
- 6. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que Tester polyglycérolique d’acides gras ayant une HLB comprise entre 5 et 10 représente entre 5 et 25% en poids de la composition, de préférence entre 7% et 15%.
- 7. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l’ester polyglycérolique d’acides gras ayant une HLB égale ou supérieure à 13 représente entre 0,05% et 2% en poids de la composition, de préférence entre 0,1% et 1%.

Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport pondéral ester polyglycérolique d’acides gras ayant une HLB comprise entre 5 et 10 / ester polyglycérolique d’acides gras et ayant une HLB égale ou supérieure à 13 est compris entre 100/1 et 20/1, de préférence entre 60/1 et 40/1.
- 9. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un filtre solaire lipophile est un filtre solaire organique choisi dans le groupe comprenant les désignations INCI : tris biphenyl triazine, bis ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, diethylhexyl butamido triazone et leurs mélanges, avantageusement le bis ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine.
- 10. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un filtre solaire lipophile représente entre 0,1 % et 30 % en poids de la composition, avantageusement entre 0,5 % et 20 %, encore plus avantageusement entre 1 % et 15 %.
- 11. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un solubilisant est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les désignations INCI : neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, dibutyl adipate, dicaprylyl carbonate, diisopropyl sebacate, dicaprylyl ether, coco-caprylate, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, propylheptyl caprylate et leurs mélanges, avantageusement le neopentyl glycol diheptanoate.
- 12. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un solubilisant représente entre 5 % et 80 % en poids de la composition, avantageusement entre 10 % et 70 %, encore plus avantageusement entre 30 % et 50 %.

Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un agent filmogène lipophile est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les désignations INCI : VP/Hexadecene copolymer, Polyester-7 (and) NeopentylGlycol Diheptanoate, Adipic Acid/Diglycol Crosspolymer, Trimethylpentanediol/Adipic Acid/ Glycerin Crosspolymer et Acrylates/Dimethicone Copolymer et leurs mélanges, avantageusement le Polyester-7 (and) Neopentyl Glycol Diheptanoate.
- 14. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le au moins un agent filmogène lipophile représente entre 0,1% et 10% en poids de la composition, avantageusement entre 1% et 8%, encore plus avantageusement entre 2% et 5%.
- 15. Composition selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu’elle présente un SPF supérieur ou égal à 10, de préférence supérieur ou égal à 20, avantageusement supérieur ou égal à 30, encore plus avantageusement supérieur ou égal à 50.
