Abstract
L’invention concerne un acier inoxydable duplex qui a réduit le risque de précipitation de nitrure d’Al et de nitrure de Cr, qui sont des précipités indésirables, et a une ténacité à basses températures supérieure. L’acier inoxydable duplex a en % en masse, indiqué comme « % », C : 0,001 à 0,030 %, Si : 0,05 à 0,5 %, S : pas plus de 0,002 %, Ni : 6 à 7,5 %, Cr :23 à 26 %, Mo : 2 à 4,0 %, N : 0,20 à 0,40 %, Al : 0,005 à 0,03 %, Mn : 0,05 à 0,3 %, B : 0,0001 à 0,0050 % et Fe, et le reste étant des impuretés inévitables. L’acier inoxydable duplex a une valeur d’impact non inférieure à 87,5 J/cm2 à -46±2 °C comme défini dans les normes industrielles japonaises Z2242.Figure 1
