Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil d'anglage (1) en deux parties (7, 9) et un procédé pour plier un bord d'une première pièce (3) vers un bord d'une deuxième pièce (5). L'outil comprend une première partie (7) formant un porte-lame sur laquelle est monté au moins un bloc d'anglage (13), destinée à être fixée à un bras de robot ; et au moins une deuxième partie (9) formant un appui, la ou les deuxièmes parties (9) étant destinées à être fixées à un îlot de sertissage (17). Les deux parties (7, 9) présentent des moyens d'assemblage (19, 21) l'une à l'autre, forment une liaison pivot autorisant un mouvement de rotation de la première partie (7) par rapport à la deuxième partie (9) selon un axe de rotation, et comprennent un élément mâle (21) destiné à s'insérer dans un élément femelle (19) par un mouvement de translation parallèle audit axe de rotation.
