Abstract

The invention relates to a shuttering assembly (1), comprising: - a wall (2) having a formwork face (200); - complementary formwork means (3) of the formwork face; - coupling means (4) for coupling the complementary formwork means on the formwork face, the complementary formwork means comprising a plurality of shells (30) independent of each other each intended to form a formwork to form a pillar s 'extending over the height of the wall, the shells being arranged apart two by two along the wall to provide between them a volume intended to be free of concrete.

Bancher set with wall and formwork shells

The field of the invention is that of masonry.

The invention particularly finds its application for the construction and realization of swimming pools. It will be understood, however, that the invention can also be implemented for the production of other types of construction.

The construction of swimming pools implies the need to pour concrete blocks intended in particular to constitute the walls of these. This operation, known as banking, is conventionally carried out using wooden formwork means. These wooden structures must be removed after construction.

Another formwork technique also conventionally used in the construction field consists of using polystyrene laying blocks which remain in the construction after the concrete has been poured inside and solidified therein.

Yet another technique, described in the patent document published under the number FR-99 03258, has been proposed by the prior art.

According to this technique, a decking assembly, in particular for the construction of swimming pools, comprises a plurality of planking modules of plastic material of essentially parallelepiped or cubic shape open in their lower and upper parts, the modules each being formed by the association of two half-modules presenting male cooperation means and female cooperation means.

In this solution, the male and female cooperation means of each half-module are designed to be irreversibly associated with the female and male cooperation means of another half-module.

This technique has led to an improvement described in the patent document published under the number FR-2 842 555. This improvement concerns the assembly of the modules together, this using a coupling part which cooperates with the ends of the modules in order to connect them.

Such bancher sets have overcome many disadvantages of the prior art.

However they cause constraints, as regards the dimensions and the forms of swimming pools.

Indeed, in practice, the modules are offered in two different height models.

However, swimming pools may be requested whose dimensions do not correspond to the implementation of these models. In other words, it may be desirable that at least one of the dimensions of the pool may not correspond to a fair number of modules (one and / or the other of the two models).

In addition, the previously known decking assemblies do not allow great fancy shapes, in particular in that the angles are all identical.

These drawbacks have at least been partially resolved thanks to the covering assembly described in the patent document published under the number FR-2 877 373.

The assembly in this document comprises a plurality of demimodules of layering, two half-modules which can be assembled two by two and then abutted to each other to form a hollow wall inside which concrete is poured.

More precisely, the formwork assembly is formed by half-modules taking the form of panels, with for each module:

- A first panel having a face intended to form the internal wall of the swimming pool and a formwork face;

- A second panel, complementary to the first panel, the second panel to be assembled opposite the formwork face of the first panel to delimit a volume to be laid.

The modules thus formed are abutted to each other by means of assembly of the modules two by two. The formwork volumes delimited by the modules then communicate with each other to form a single volume intended to be filled with concrete to form a wall.

Such a set makes it possible to vary the dimensions of a swimming pool obtained by this technique. Indeed, the dimensions of the pool are not necessarily linked to a fair number of modules, and moreover, if necessary, the modules can be shortened to adapt them in length.

Such a solution meets the needs relating to the production of swimming pools having variable shapes, more suited to the grounds and the wishes of the owners of these swimming pools.

However, this technique has the disadvantage of presenting relatively high production costs. Indeed, the materials necessary for the realization of the modules and for the pouring of the concrete inside the volume closed by the assembly to be laid are important.

The object of the invention is in particular to overcome this drawback of the prior art.

More specifically, the invention aims to provide a set of formwork that reconciles an overall cost of economic achievement while retaining the extensive possibilities in terms of dimensions and construction forms offered by the solutions of the prior art.

The invention also aims to provide such an assembly which is simple in design and easy to implement.

The invention also aims to allow the realization of swimming pools in less time than what is authorized by the techniques described in the prior art.

These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved thanks to the invention which has as its object a set of sleeving, comprising:

- a wall having a formwork face;

- complementary formwork means of the formwork face;

- coupling means for coupling the complementary formwork means on the formwork face, characterized in that the complementary formwork means comprise a plurality of shells independent of each other each intended to form a formwork to form a pillar extending on the height of the wall, the shells being arranged two by two apart along the wall to provide between them a volume intended to be devoid of concrete.

By virtue of the laying assembly according to the invention, it is possible to obtain a swimming pool (or more generally a construction) which is formed by the wall as well as concrete pillars surrounding the wall, the pillars being spaced from each other by volumes intended to be free of concrete.

In other words, the asphalt assembly according to the invention makes it possible to form a plurality of concrete pillars and not a single peripheral continuous concrete wall.

This bancher set thus has the property, compared to the prior art, of requiring:

- less material for making the formwork elements themselves;

less concrete due to the production of concrete pillars spaced regularly along the wall and not a single volume of concrete formed along the wall.

Consequently, the stall assembly according to the invention makes it possible to lower the construction costs compared to what is permitted by the prior art while having the advantages of a wall which can be adapted to the correct dimension to obtain various forms.

This bancher set also has the property of being able to be quickly implemented by producing formwork by assembling pre-existing elements. The asphalt assembly still allows construction to be carried out more quickly than what is permitted by the prior art thanks to a lower need for concrete to be poured.

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the wall is formed by a plurality of panels butted together, the covering assembly comprising means for assembling the panels two by two.

In this way, the formwork assembly according to the invention is particularly easy to implement.

Indeed, the panels must then be simply assembled to one another and the obtaining of various shapes can be simply obtained by shortening one of the panels on one of the sides of the wall of the set to be laid.

According to an advantageous solution, for two panels butted together, the complementary formwork means comprise for each of the panels a half-shell, the half-shell of one of the panels being complementary to the half-shell of the other of the panels, the assembly of the two half-shells forming a shell overlapping the two panels abutted to each other.

With this solution, the complementary formwork means, by means of the half-shells forming a shell intended to overlap two panels abutted one against the other, make it possible to contribute to the assembly of the panels two by two.

In addition, the section of the wall where the junction between the two panels is located is reinforced by the presence of a concrete pillar located directly behind the wall, at the level of the formwork face.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the half-shells each have a horizontal section having:

- A first edge intended to come into contact with the formwork face of the wall during the coupling of said half-shell on the formwork face, the first edge having means of cooperation with the formwork face;

- A second edge, opposite the first edge on said half-shell, intended to be distant from the formwork face during coupling of said demohull on the formwork face, said half-shell having along the second edge of the studs assembly intended to form a connection with the formwork face when coupling said half-shell to the formwork face.

In this way, the half-shells have a design which facilitates their positioning on the panels and which reinforces their capacity to maintain their shape once they are placed in position on the formwork phase of a panel. In fact, the assembly studs make it possible to prevent the second edge of the half-shell from having a variable spacing relative to the formwork face.

According to a preferred characteristic, the complementary shuttering means comprise corner elements cooperating with the demicoques to form together a shuttering of a corner pillar extending over the height of the wall.

The formation of such corner pillars reinforces the construction obtained thanks to the asphalt assembly according to the invention.

Advantageously, the complementary formwork means comprise a cornice capable of being coupled at the top of the wall, on the formwork face, the cornice having a chute communicating with each formwork formed by the shells.

Such a cornice makes it possible to stiffen and secure the entire construction carried out while making it possible to structurally connect all the pillars when the concrete is poured inside the trough.

Also, as part of the creation of a swimming pool, the cornice allows the creation of a concrete perimeter.

Preferably, the cornice has at least one tooth intended to cover a shell, the tooth forming a means for holding the shell in position on the formwork face.

The cornice thus participates in maintaining the shells in contact with the wall prior to pouring the concrete inside the trough.

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the coupling means comprise female interlocking members and male interlocking members presented respectively by the formwork face and the complementary formwork means, or respectively by the complementary formwork means and the formwork face.

In this way, the coupling of the complementary formwork means on the formwork face of the wall is carried out in a particularly simple and rapid manner by operators responsible for the installation of the formwork assembly.

According to a preferred characteristic, the wall has on its formwork face stiffening ribs, at least part of the stiffening ribs delimiting female interlocking members of male interlocking members presented by the complementary formwork means.

Such stiffening ribs thus contribute to the structural strength of the wall of the formwork assembly while making it possible to create the female interlocking members necessary for coupling complementary formwork means to the formwork face of the wall.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting example, and of the appended drawings among which:

- Figure 1 is a schematic representation according to a perspective view of a stall assembly according to the invention used for the production of a swimming pool;

- Figure 2 is a schematic representation according to a perspective view of a panel of the wall on which are reported a shell, two half-shells and a cornice;

- Figure 3 is a schematic representation of two panels of the wall, abutted to each other, on which are reported hulls and half-shells to form a succession of pillars spaced along the wall so as to provide between each pillar a volume intended to be devoid of concrete;

FIG. 4 illustrates the formwork face of a panel of the wall of the formwork assembly according to the invention;

- Figure 5 is a schematic representation according to a perspective view of complementary formwork means of the assembly, with more precisely a shell and two half-shells;

- Figure 6 is a schematic representation according to a perspective view of a cornice of the formwork means complementary to the assembly assembly according to the invention.

With reference to FIG. 1, the formwork assembly 1 according to the invention is used for the production of a swimming pool.

The formwork set 1 according to the invention includes:

- A wall 2 having a formwork face 200;

- complementary formwork means 3 of the formwork face 200, intended to be coupled to the wall 2.

More specifically, the complementary formwork means 3 are coupled to the formwork face 200.

Referring to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 5, the complementary formwork means 3 comprise shells 30 independent of each other.

These shells 30 are each intended to form a formwork to create a pillar, and this in particular in cooperation with the formwork face 200 of the wall 2.

More specifically, the shells 30 are arranged two by two apart along the wall 2 to form between them a volume intended to be devoid of concrete. The formwork formed by each of the shells 30 attached to the formwork face 200 of the wall 2 thus makes it possible to form a pillar which extends over the height of the wall 2.

As can be seen in Figures 2, 3 and 5, each shell 30 essentially takes the form of a half-cylinder. More specifically, the shells 30 have a horizontal section taking the form of a trapezoid, the base of the trapezium being open and intended to come into contact with the formwork face 200 of the wall 2.

In other words, during the concreting the concrete is poured only inside the shells 30 attached to the wall 2, and not all around the wall 2 to form a single volume of concrete as is conventionally the case in the solutions described in the prior art.

As part of the formation of a swimming pool, it is thus created a perimeter wall and concrete pillars positioned along the wall while being spaced from each other along the wall. The wall thus presents along its perimeter an alternation of sections in contact with a concrete pillar and of sections which are not in contact with concrete.

According to the present embodiment and with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the wall 2 is formed by a plurality of panels 20.

These panels 20 have standard dimensions extending over a height H and a width L (see FIG. 4).

Of course, and as will be detailed later, these panels 20 can be cut to modify the final shape of the covering assembly 1 according to the invention so as to obtain constructions of variable shapes.

Referring to Figures 1 and 3, the panels 20 are abutted to each other. To this end, the assembly of the formwork 1 comprises assembly means 21 of the panels two by two.

These assembly means 21 more precisely take the form of coupling pieces 210 intended to cooperate with the lateral ends of the panels 20, by a male-female connection.

With reference to FIG. 4, the wall 2 (and more precisely each panel 20) has on its formwork face 200 stiffening ribs 2000.

These stiffening ribs 2000 extend in height as well as in width on these panels 20.

As will be detailed below, the stiffening ribs 2000 participate in the coupling of the complementary formwork means 3 on the formwork face 200 of the wall 2. For this purpose, a proportion of the stiffening ribs 2000 is part of the means of coupling 4 described below.

The stiffening ribs 2000 allow the structure of the panels 20 to present a significant structural resistance, even in the case where the panel 20 is cut to adapt its shape.

According to the present embodiment illustrated by FIGS. 1, 2, 5, and more precisely by FIG. 3, the complementary formwork means 3 comprise for each of the panels 20 at least one half-shell 300. The half-shell 300 of one of the panels 20 abutted to a second panel 20 is complementary to the half-shell 300 presented by the second panel 20.

In fact, the assembly of the two half-shells 300 form a shell 30 which overlaps the two panels 20 abutted one to the other.

In other words, for two panels 20 abutted to each other, each panel 20 has a half-shell 300 intended to cooperate with the half-shell 300 presented by the other panel 20.

Referring to Figure 3, the two half-shells 300 located at the level where the two panels 20 are abutted come to cooperate with each other to form a single formwork in order to form a pillar which extends over the height of the wall 2, and in particular over the height and in partial overlap of the two panels 20 abutted to one another.

These two half-shells 300 thus make it possible to strengthen the assembly of the two panels 20 to each other, and to create a concrete pillar at the junction between these two panels 20.

According to this embodiment, and with reference to Figures 2, 3, and 5, the half-shells 300 each have a horizontal section having:

- A first edge 301 which is intended to come into contact with the formwork face 200 of the wall 2 during the coupling of said half-shell 300 on the formwork face;

- A second edge 302 which is opposite to the first edge 301 on said demicoque 300, the second edge 302 being intended to be distant from the formwork face 200 of the wall 2 during the coupling of the half-shell 300 on the formwork face .

As for the one-piece shells 30, the shells 30 formed by the meeting of two half-shells 300 have a horizontal section taking the form of a trapezoid whose base is open and intended to come into contact with the formwork face 200 of the wall 2.

The second edge 302 of each half-shell 300 is intended to come into contact with the second edge 302 of another half-shell 300 during the assembly illustrated in FIG. 3.

This second edge 302 is distant from the formwork face 200 when the half-shell 300 is coupled to the formwork face 200.

Each half-shell 300 has along the second edge 302 of the assembly pads 303. These assembly pads 303 are intended to form a connection with the formwork face 200 during coupling of said half-shell 300 on the face of formwork 200.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the half-shells 300 can thus be coupled two by two to form a shell 30. In this way, the wall 2 has a succession of shells 30, formed in one piece or formed by the union two half-shells 300, spaced by volumes intended to be devoid of concrete.

The first edge 301 of each half-shell 300 has means of cooperation with the formwork face 200.

Referring to FIG. 2, 4 and 5, the formwork assembly 1 also includes coupling means 4 for coupling the complementary formwork means 3 to the formwork face 200.

More specifically, the coupling means 4, which make it possible to couple the complementary shuttering means 3 on the shuttering face 200, include female interlocking members 40 and male interlocking members 41 presented respectively by the shuttering face 200 and the complementary formwork means 3, or vice versa.

In this case, as illustrated by said figures 2, 4 and 5, the cooperation means presented by the first edge 301 of the half-shells 300 and by the shells 30 are male interlocking members 41 taking the form of blocks cuboid.

According to the present embodiment, a part of the stiffening ribs 2000 delimits female interlocking members 40 which are complementary to the male interlocking members 41 presented by the complementary formwork means 3.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the stiffening ribs 2000 delimit hollow cubes inside which the male interlocking members 41 of the shells 30 and the half-shells 300 can come to fit together.

Referring to Figure 1, the complementary formwork means 3 also include corner elements 31. These corner elements 31 cooperate with the half-shells 300 to form together a formwork intended to allow the creation of a pillar d angle extending over the height of the wall 2.

More precisely, this corner element 31 defines an angle and a hollow volume opening laterally on its two sides. Two half-shells 300 can be coupled on the sides of the corner element 31 so that the union of the two half-hulls 300 and the corner element 31 form a single formwork suitable for the formation of said corner pillar.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6, the complementary formwork means 3 also comprise a cornice 32. This cornice 32 is capable of being coupled at the top of the wall 2, on the formwork face 200. This cornice 32 has a chute communicating with each formwork formed by the shells 30.

With reference to FIG. 6, there is illustrated a section of cornices 32 to be assembled at the top of a panel 20, covering the shells 30.

As illustrated in FIG. 2, the cornice 32 has teeth 321 which are intended to come more specifically to cover the shells 30, each tooth 321 coming more specifically to cover a single shell 30. Each tooth 321 forms a means holding a shell 30 in position on the formwork face 200.

Referring to Figure 1, the assembly of the formwork 1 is designed such that the cornice 32 forms a trough 320 communicating with each of the forms defined by the shells 30. Thereafter, by pouring the concrete, concrete pillars delimited by the shells 30 are created, and each of the concrete pillars is connected by a concrete perimeter created by the cornice which forms a formwork in height.

Still according to FIG. 1, the illustrated set 1 assembly is placed on foundations comprising:

- legs 100 formed by concrete blocks on which are fixed blocking pads;

- a reinforcement 101 intended to be embedded in a concrete slab 102.

The legs 100 are used to support certain parts of the wall 2 and the shells 30 of the planting assembly 1. The legs 100 support in particular the ends of each panel 20, as well as the shells 30 formed by the union of two half hulls 300.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the concrete must first be poured to form the concrete slab 102. This slab 102 comes into contact with the lower ends of the shells 30 and fills the bottom of the shells 30.

Subsequently, during a second concrete pour, the concrete is introduced into the cornice 32 and into the shells 30 to form concrete pillars and a concrete periphery communicating with all the concrete pillars.

In this way, a construction is obtained defining an enclosure surrounded by concrete pillars anchored in a concrete slab and connected to each other at their upper end by a concrete perimeter.

Claims (9)

1. Bancher set (1), comprising: - a wall (2) having a formwork face (200); - complementary formwork means (3) of the formwork face; - coupling means (4) for coupling the complementary formwork means on the formwork face, characterized in that the complementary formwork means comprise a plurality of shells (30) independent of each other each intended to form a formwork for form a pillar extending over the height of the wall, the shells being arranged apart two by two along the wall to form between them a volume intended to be devoid of concrete. 2. Bancher assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the wall (2) is formed by a plurality of panels (20) abutted to each other, the bancher assembly comprising assembly means ( 21) two by two panels. 3. Bancher assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that, for two panels (20) abutted to one another, the complementary formwork means (3) comprise for each of the panels a half-shell (300), the half-shell of one of the panels being complementary to the half-shell of the other of the panels, the assembly of the two half-shells forming a shell (30) overlapping the two panels abutted one at a 'other. 4. Bancher assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the half-shells (300) each have a horizontal section having: - A first edge (301) intended to come into contact with the formwork face (200) of the wall (2) during the coupling of said half-shell on the formwork face, the first edge having means of cooperation with the formwork face; - a second edge (302), opposite the first edge on said half-shell, intended to be distant from the formwork face when coupling said half-shell to the formwork face, said half-shell having along the second edge of the assembly pads (303) intended to form a connection with the formwork face when said half-shell is coupled to the formwork face. 5. Bancher assembly (1) according to any one of claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the complementary formwork means (3) comprise corner elements (31) cooperating with the half-shells (300) for together form a formwork to form a corner pillar extending over the height of the wall (2). 6. Bancher assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the complementary formwork means (3) comprise a cornice (32) capable of being coupled at the top of the wall (2), on the formwork face (200), the cornice having a chute communicating with each formwork formed by the shells (30). 7. Bancher assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the cornice (32) has at least one tooth (321) intended to come to cover a shell (30), the tooth forming a holding means in position of the shell on the formwork face (200). 8. Bancher assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling means (4) comprise female interlocking members (40) and male interlocking members (41) presented respectively by the formwork face (200) and the complementary formwork means (3), or respectively by the complementary formwork means and the formwork face. 9. Bancher assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the wall (2) has on its formwork face (200) stiffening ribs (2000), at least part of the stiffening ribs delimiting organs female interlocking elements (40) complementary to male interlocking members (41) presented by the complementary formwork means (3).
