The present invention also relates to a method of laying said closet, and a building roof comprising it.

Such roofs are typical of an architectural heritage.

This type of roof is however doomed to disappear because of the regulatory constraints related to the thermal regulation and the use of a roof underlay. Under-roofing screens help to improve the roof's performance: protection against snow and dust, wind resistance, watertightness, insulation protection, as explained in detail in the review "Le Bâtiment Artisanal" N ° 570 -February 20T7 - pages 45 and 46 and required by the regulatory text DTU 40.2T PT-T.

This by-law stipulates that under-roofing screens applied to the upper part of the framing lumber must not be closed at the bottom of the slope in such a way as to favor the ventilation of the underside of the roof and the evacuation of penetrations. accidental water, which imposes in practice to resort to a method of laying dry roofs and no longer to a sealed installation mode.

Patent documents GB 2 383 806 A, US Pat. No. 4,418,505 and US Pat. No. 2,962,745 disclose low-slope fasteners which are in contact with the outside by a closing wall at the end of the roof, the border tiles just coming in support against the closoir. The sealed installation mode is not allowed with this type of closures.

The present inventor has sought a solution to this problem and has developed a bottom of slope closure to respect the regulatory constraint by maintaining a sealed installation mode: free under-roof screen down slope, water recovery, ventilation in underface, invisible partition.

The present invention therefore firstly relates to a bottom of slope filler for a tiled roof comprising a sub-roofing screen and ending at the bottom of the slope with a sealed finish, characterized in that it comprises a body elongated flat made of a rigid material, folded along a longitudinal line to form two wings open V, one of the wings being folded along its free edge towards the internal space of the V to form a wall, said closing wall, which comprises openings which are spaced apart from each other and to each of which is connected a barbican located outside the internal V-shaped space, where, in the mounting position of the closure, - the wing comprising the closing wall is intended to be applied to the trusses of the frame and to be covered at least in its free edge portion by the base of the under-roofing screen, which will be fixed to the aforementioned wing ; - The wing with the closing wall is intended to be applied, with their barbacans, on the upper surface of the wall or a cornice overlooking the wall facing the bottom of the roof slope; and - barbacans are intended to open out of the building, between the roof and the wall or cornice, being embedded in the sealed portion of the bottom of the slope.

The rigid material of the closure may include aluminum, zinc-plated aluminum, zinc, steel or a rigid plastic such as rigid PVC. The open angle of the V formed by the two wings may in particular be 180 ° less than the angle a which corresponds to the slope p of the roof. The barbacans are advantageously formed in one piece with the closure wall which carries them, and are capable of being cut at their free ends to adjust their length according to the distance of the backset of the frame in order to position the closure relative to the tiles, the barbican to open in the sealed part of the lower slope.
