Description
It applies for roofs in all types of tiles, including channel tiles (tiles running and tiles covering or hat), Roman tiles, flat tiles, flat tiles of Marseille, rhombuses, ....
The present invention also relates to a method of laying said closet, and a building roof comprising it.
Such roofs are typical of an architectural heritage.
This by-law stipulates that under-roofing screens applied to the upper part of the framing lumber must not be closed at the bottom of the slope in such a way as to favor the ventilation of the underside of the roof and the evacuation of penetrations. accidental water, which in practice requires the use of a method of laying dry roofs and no longer to a sealed laying mode.
The present inventor has sought a solution to this problem and has developed a bottom of slope closure to respect the regulatory constraint by maintaining a sealed installation mode: free under-roof screen down slope, water recovery, ventilation in underface, invisible partition.
- l'aile ne comportant pas la paroi de fermeture est destinée à venir s'appliquer sur les voliges de la charpente et à être couverte au moins dans sa partie de bordure libre par la base de l'écran de sous-toiture, laquelle sera fixée à l'aile précitée ;
- the wing not including the closure wall is intended to be applied to the trenches of the frame and to be covered at least in its free edge portion by the base of the under-roof screen, which will be fixed to the aforementioned wing;
- the wing with the closing wall is intended to be applied, with their barbacans, on the upper surface of the wall or a cornice overlooking the wall facing the lower slope of the roof; and
- barbacans are intended to open out of the building, between the roof and the wall or cornice, being drowned in the sealed part of the bottom of the slope.
By barbacan means here an outlet tube of the infiltration water.
In the mounting position, the closure according to the present invention, with its barbican, is completely invisible, thus preserving the architectural character of the building, the building and its roof.
The rigid material of the closure may include aluminum, zinc-plated aluminum, zinc, steel or a rigid plastic such as rigid PVC.
Ainsi, une pente de 30%, 33%, 35% correspond à un angle α de respectivement 16,699°, 18,263°, 19,29°.The open angle of the V formed by the two wings may in particular be 180 ° less than the angle α which corresponds to the slope p of the roof. The angle α which corresponds to the slope of the roof and the slope (p) are connected by the formula p = 100 x tan (α). Thus, a slope of 30%, 33%, 35% corresponds to an angle α of respectively 16.699 °, 18.263 °, 19.29 °.
According to a particular embodiment of the closure according to the present invention, the closing wall is arranged at 90 ° with respect to the wing which carries it and is advantageously at least partly folded towards the internal space of the V along its free edge to form a stiffening flange of said closure wall.
Advantageously, the barbacans are connected to the closure wall in the junction region of said closure wall with the wing that carries it, the barbacans then being intended to be applied by their parts. lower against the upper surface of the wall or cornice overlooking the wall facing the bottom of the slope of the roof, the barbacans having in particular a rectangular-shaped section whose largest side is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the closure, the larger lower side in mounting position located in the fold line between the closure wall and the wing that carries it.
The barbacans are advantageously formed in one piece with the closure wall which carries them, and are capable of being cut at their free ends to adjust their length according to the distance of the backset of the frame in order to position the closure relative to the tiles, the barbican to open in the sealed part of the lower slope.
- in the case where it is intended to be placed at the bottom of a roof on a slope or with non-adjacent slopes, it is closed by folds of the two wings towards the internal space of the V, at the two opposite lateral edges intended to come to be placed at the two respective ends of a lower slope; and
- in the case where it is intended to be placed at the bottom of a roof having at least two adjacent slopes, there is provided an outgoing corner piece which sealingly joins the two closure parts associated with the two adjacent sloping bottom.
According to other characteristics of the closure according to the invention, the wing not comprising the closure wall has along its free edge screw holes for fixing on the and if necessary in the vicinity of its free edge, has longitudinal adhesive strips protected by a release tape for bonding the base of the underlayment screen.
- in the case where the closure is intended to be placed at the bottom of a roof at a slope or at two non-adjacent slopes, two pieces of abutment are provided each comprising a fold of two wings of the closure towards the internal space of the V ; and
- in the case where the closure is intended to be placed at the bottom of a roof having at least two adjacent slopes, an outgoing corner piece is provided,
- structural parts each formed by a strip of material folded along a longitudinal line and forming two open V-shaped wings, one of the wings being folded along its free edge towards the internal space of the V to form a so-called wall closure not including a barbican; and
- junction pieces, alternating with the structural parts, of shorter length than the structural parts, of the same general shape as these but each comprising a barbican, the structural parts and the pieces of abutting or outgoing angle being adapted to come interlocking with the connecting pieces and to be secured to them, in particular by gluing to reconstitute a finished sealed closure, the openings barbacans being left free when the parts are interleaved with each other, the extent of the overlaps between the parts, in particular between the end pieces and the outgoing corner pieces and the adjacent parts that can be chosen to fit the size of the closure in the mounting position, and junction pieces being advantageously provided next to the abutment parts and / or outgoing corner pieces.
Advantageously, an anti-insect grid or comb is adapted against the closure wall to extend into the opening region of a barbican.
- une fois les murs avec ou sans corniche érigés et les voliges de charpente installées, on pose le closoir en posant successivement les pièces qui le composent et en réalisant entre elles les joints d'étanchéité, les ailes du closoir ne comportant pas la paroi de fermeture venant s'appliquer sur les voliges de la charpente et étant fixées à celles-ci par exemple par vissage, les ailes du closoir comportant la paroi de fermeture venant s'appliquer, avec leurs barbacanes, sur la surface supérieure du mur ou de la corniche surplombant le mur, les barbacanes ayant le cas échéant été découpées à la longueur nécessaire pour déboucher juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment ;
- on pose l'écran de sous-toiture qui vient recouvrir au moins une partie des ailes ne comportant pas la paroi de fermeture et on colle ledit écran sur lesdites ailes ;
- on vient ensuite poser les contre-liteaux de la toiture, puis les liteaux ;
- on place ensuite le mortier de pose des tuiles en bas de pente, noyant le closoir qui vient d'être posé ;
- once the walls with or without cornice erected and the framing lumber installed, the clapper is placed by successively placing the parts that compose it and making between them the seals, the wings of the closoir not having the closing wall being applied to the trenches of the frame and being fixed thereto for example by screwing, the wings of the clasp having the closing wall coming to apply, with their barbicans, on the upper surface of the wall or cornice overhanging the wall, the barbican having possibly been cut to the necessary length to open just outside the building;
- installing the under-roof screen which covers at least a portion of the wings not having the closure wall and said screen is glued on said wings;
- then come the counter-battens of the roof, then the battens;

The closure 1 is made of a material such as aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, a plastic material such as PVC, Pad, Pj, Ps and Pag parts being all made from the same material,
La même notation est utilisée pour la pièce d'about gauche Pag.Thus, a piece Pj has two
- Pad or Pag coins (see also
Figures 2a to 2f ) have no rim of their closure wall and have, on their underside, in the vicinity of the edge folds respectively 9ad, 9ag, a band adhesive respectively 12ad, 12ag whose role is indicated below. (These tapes were not shown on theFigure 1a not to overload it); - the connecting pieces Pj (see also the
Figures 3a and 3b ) have theirclosure wall 5j over their entire width except in the end regions and they have, on their upper face, transversely and centrally, anadhesive tape 13j whose role is indicated below. (On theFigure 3a it can be seen that theflange 6j is folded inwards along its free edge and that the silicone seals which will be applied during the laying will be shown as will be described in the following); and - the structural parts Ps (see also
Figures 4a and 4b ) have theirclosing wall 5s over their entire width except in their end regions and they have, on their upper face, in the vicinity of the free edge of theirflange 3s, a longitudinaladhesive strip 14s whose role is indicated later .
The adhesive strips 12ag, 12ad, 13j and 14s are, before mounting the closoir 1, covered by a peelable protective strip. It is also possible that these adhesive strips mentioned above are applied by the operator during assembly.
- length of a structural part Ps: 1.5 m to 2 m
- length of a connecting piece Pj: 33 cm
- length of each
wing 3, 4: 10 cm - height of a closing wall: 3 cm
- length of a barbican: variable, can be reduced by cutting from 10 cm length
- inner width of a barbican: 6 cm
- inner height of a barbican: 2.5 cm
In the example illustrated, the Pad, Pag pieces are not completely nested in the adjacent piece Pj, because the extent of the nesting is adjustable according to the total length of the slope of the slope which is variable of a roof to the other.
The piece Pj is slid by its wall 5ad in the
On progresse ainsi jusqu'à la mise en place de la pièce d'about gauche Pag.This progresses to the implementation of the left end piece Pag.
In the drawing, there are illustrated Pad, Pag, Ps and Pj pieces capable of nesting in a particular nesting mode. Other forms of room could be provided as soon as they can be interlocked to constitute the sealed complete closure of the invention.
In the example shown as well as for a closoir having an outgoing corner piece, barbacans were placed near the right or left end pieces or the corner piece. The other barbacans are placed in regular distances between the previous ones. This represents a particular embodiment, allowing a well-distributed water evacuation.
The pieces Pad, Pj, Ps and Pag are each time secured to the battens V by pointing through the holes 15 (all the holes have not been shown in the drawing).
Then we put the EST underlayment screen that is sticking along its base on the
The CL battens and the L beams of the framework are then laid.
The installation of a closoir at the bottom of the slope for a roof with several faces, is carried out in the same way, except that one replaces, as the case may be, at least one end piece with an outgoing corner piece.
The
