Abstract
La présente invention divulgue un tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié, un procédé de préparation et une utilisation du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié, un catalyseur supporté, et un procédé d'hydrocraquage. Le rapport molaire silice-alumine dans la couche de surface du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié est de 20 à 100:1, et le rapport molaire silice-alumine dans la phase de consistance du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié est de 8 à 30:1. Lorsqu'un catalyseur d'hydrocraquage préparé à partir du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié est utilisé pour l'hydrocraquage, le catalyseur d'hydrocraquage a une réactivité plus élevée et une tolérance à l'azote plus élevée. Le catalyseur d'hydrocraquage préparé à partir du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié est approprié pour une utilisation destinée à augmenter le rendement de carburant diesel, à augmenter le rendement de matières chimiques, et la conversion par hydrogénation catalysée du carburant diesel, etc.
