Description

The present invention relates to a device for receiving, allowing the flow and evacuation of body wastes to the first sewage pipe.

Evacuation of body excretions is traditionally done using a flush. A water connection, a tank and a siphon are necessary. The unsightly tank and bulky, whatever its capacity, empties its water to chase the droppings of the siphon. A flush consumes between 3 and 18 liters of water and provides 30 to 60 decibels. Thus, several drawbacks exist: the wall clutter of the tank, the water consumption, the noise and the routing of manure by the water to the intersection of the nearest sewage pipe. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. First, it has a first feature, a bowl whose inclination of its bottom, welcoming the droppings, is a continuous sloping platform, smooth, flat, from top to bottom. The second characteristic lies in the interior of the bowl, consisting of an ultra-slippery coating, repellent, immiscible, robust, smooth, non-toxic, non-corrosive, self-cleaning, hydrophobic, self-repairing, able to withstand high pressure, allowing no adhesion, so that the droppings flow without leaving traces. On the other hand, attached to the outlet of the bowl, a non-return flap valve, composed of the same ultra-slippery coating as the inside of the bowl, allows the passage of the droppings and avoids any rise of odors from pipes, once the debris passed. Finally, an exhaust pipe, comprising a rigid portion and a flexible portion, is fixed on the outlet of the bowl through a hermetic seal. The rigid part includes the flap check valve, the other flexible end slips into the inclined discharge nozzle. The drain pipe is coated on the inside with the same ultra-slippery surface on the inside of the bowl and the entire flapper check valve. These characteristics mean that the droppings slide easily towards the sewage pipe, without initial water, without any mechanical process, without unwanted noise and without leaving any traces.

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents in section the device of the invention according to a vertical flow connection. Figure 2 shows in section the device of the invention according to a horizontal flow connection.

Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné à être raccordé à la buse d'évacuation inclinée (8), qui elle reste inchangée.20With reference to this drawing, the device comprises a bowl (1) whose bottom is composed of an inclined platform, smooth, flat, continuous, from top to bottom (2). The base of the bowl (1), which corresponds to the end portion of the slope (2) is the outlet (3), is equipped with a flap check valve (4). The outlet (3) corresponds to the narrowest part of the bowl (1), its diameter is greater than or equal to ten centimeters. The rigid part of the discharge pipe (5) is connected to the outlet (3) of the bowl (1) by a hermetic seal (6). The hermetic seal (6) includes the flap check valve (4) and is positioned behind it. The other end of the drain pipe is flexible (7). It (7) is introduced into the inclined discharge nozzle (8). The length of the flexible evacuation pipe (7) is dependent on the meeting of the first sewage pipe (9). The flexible part of the drain pipe (7) is cut accordingly. The exhaust pipe (5 or 7) is attached to the inclined discharge nozzle (8) by adhesive spots (10). The entire flapper check valve (4) as well as the inside of the bowl (1) and the inside of the drain pipe (5 and 7) are composed of an ultra-slippery repellent coating, no miscible, robust, smooth, non-toxic, non-corrosive, self-cleaning, hydrophobic, self-repairing, capable of withstanding high pressure, allowing no adhesion (12). The droppings are drained only by the slope (2) and the coating (12), so that the droppings flow without leaving traces. The device according to the invention is intended to be connected to the inclined discharge nozzle (8), which remains unchanged.
