Abstract

Procédé de fabrication par fonderie à la cire perdue dans un moule d'injection de cire d'un secteur de stator pour turbine à gaz comprenant une pluralité d'aubes (6), entre une plateforme (8) radialement intérieure et une plateforme radialement extérieure, à l'intérieur desquelles est ménagée une cavité interne, le secteur comprenant une bride (9) s'étendant radialement intérieurement, de laquelle s'étend transversalement une patte aval (30) configurée pour recevoir, sur sa surface intérieure, un élément monobloc en matériau abradable (32), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - (E0) positionnement sur des douilles de maintien du moule, disposées côte à côte, d'une pluralité de noyaux, - (E1) injection de cire dans le moule autour desdites pales de sorte à créer un modèle en cire, - (E2) démoulage du modèle en cire, - (E3) création d'un moule carapace en matière céramique autour dudit modèle en cire, - (E4) coulage de métal en fusion dans le moule carapace de sorte à remplacer la cire dans le moule carapace par ledit métal, - (E5) élimination du noyau, procédé caractérisé en ce que l'étape (E1) d'injection de cire configure la bride (27') en amont de sorte à autoriser le retrait des douilles.
