Abstract

L'invention propose un procédé de moulage d'une aube creuse de turbomachine à la cire perdue, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : - positionner un noyau de fonderie (2) dans un moule correspondant à une forme externe d'aube de turbomachine, - injecter de la cire dans le moule, pour obtenir une pièce de la forme d'une aube comprenant le noyau entouré de cire, - former une carapace autour de la pièce, - retirer la cire et injecter une quantité de métal en fusion dans la carapace, pour obtenir une aube comprenant le noyau (2), le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le noyau de fonderie (2) comprend une première partie (21) en un premier matériau céramique, et une deuxième partie (22) en un second matériau céramique, le premier matériau étant apte à être sélectivement décoché, et le procédé comprend en outre une étape consistant à décocher uniquement la première partie du noyau.
