Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema para vaciar metales fundidos. El sistema incluye un molde que comprende una cavidad de vaciado que tiene una entrada, y un orificio entre una superficie superior del molde y la entrada. El sistema incluye además de una cubierta que comprende un embudo y un eje hueco, en el que el embudo está ubicado fuera del molde, adyacente a la superficie superior, y en el eje hueco se recibe dentro del orificio y es movible en el mismo. Un mecanismo de elevación está ubicado sobre la superficie superior del molde, el mecanismo de elevación es operable para levantar el embudo de la cubierta lejos de la superficie superior para poner la cubierta en acoplamiento con una boquilla del cucharón. También se proporciona un método para vaciar metales fundidos utilizando el sistema.
