Abstract

The cover has a cover part (2) and a rear part (3), which are foldable together in an articulated manner, and a strengthening unit arranged at the point of articulation. The cover and rear parts are articulated along a folding line (5), and the strengthening unit is formed by strengthening elements (20), which are arranged on the cover and rear parts and leveled with two ends of the line. The strengthening elements are formed by separate parts or by portion of a sheet that is made of plastic material. The strengthening elements are brought back and fixed on the sheet by welding or bonding.

Description

L'invention concerne un protège-cahier du type comprenant une partie de couverture et une partie arrière, articulées l'une à l'autre pour pouvoir être repliée l'une sur l'autre, et des moyens de renforcement de l'articulation. Des protège-cahiers de ce type sont déjà connus, par exemple par le brevet français n° 2 877 266. Dans le protège-cahier décrit dans ce document, les parties de couverture et arrière sont constituées de deux feuilles en matière plastique semi-rigide qui sont articulées suivant leurs bords longitudinaux adjacents par une bande d'épaisseur plus importante pour assurer le renforcement du protège-cahier au niveau de sa pliure. Des protège-cahiers de ce type présentent 15 l'inconvénient que la bande de renforcement s'étendant sur toute la longueur des bords des deux feuilles respectivement de couverture et arrière rigidifie le pli et, en outre, nuit à l'esthétique du protège-cahier, notamment lorsqu'il est réalisé en une matière plastique 20 transparente. L'invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients. Pour atteindre ce but, le protège-cahier selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les parties de 25 couverture et arrière sont réalisées en une pièce et sont articulées le long d'une ligne de pliage de cette seule pièce et en ce que les moyens de renforcement sont formés par des éléments de renforcement qui sont rapportés sur les parties de couverture et arrière au niveau des deux 30 extrémités de la ligne de pliage. Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, les éléments de renforcement rapportés sont formés par des pièces séparées. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, les 35 éléments de renforcement rapportés sont formés par des portions d'excroissance de la feuille, au niveau des extrémités de la ligne de pliage qui sont repliées sur les faces des parties de couverture et arrière. Selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la feuille unique est en matière plastique 5 et les éléments de renforcement sont rapportés et fixés sur cette feuille par thermosoudage. L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, caractéristiques, détails et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement dans la description 10 explicative qui va suivre faite en référence aux dessins annexés donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple illustrant deux modes de réalisation de l'invention et dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue d'un flan de départ en 15 forme d'une feuille, à partir de laquelle le protège-cahier selon l'invention est obtenu par pliage, et des éléments de renforcement avant leur application à cette feuille ; - la figure 2 est une vue sur le protège-cahier 20 obtenue par pliage de la feuille de la figure 1, avec les éléments de renforcement rapportés sur cette feuille ; - la figure 3 est une vue d'un flan en forme d'une feuille permettant la réalisation d'un deuxième mode de réalisation du protège-cahier selon l'invention, les 25 éléments de renforcement étant formés par des excroissances latérales de la feuille de départ, et - la figure 4 est une vue sur le protège-cahier obtenue à partir de la feuille de la figure 3. Dans les deux modes de réalisation d'un protège- 30 cahier selon l'invention, celui-ci est obtenu par pliage approprié d'un flan de départ en forme d'une feuille, tel que représenté aux figures 1 et 3.
