Description

Construction system based on compressed and stabilized earth blocks for construction. The system is intended: - by the functional form of the elements constituting it to allow a self-alignment for the assembly of walls, frames of buildings, interior and exterior fittings, - by the declination of these elements into compatible blocks of different shapes and sizes to allow the mounting of any freestanding structure without the need for cutting or resizing blocks. It is known to treat the earths with mixtures of active agents, such as wetting agents, binders and binders, and finally to subject these blocks to hyperpressure ensuring its structure and its degassing; such materials have extremely high strength qualities and high molding accuracy, but for their application, require training and tools to exploit their qualities adapted to their nature. The device according to the invention gives the possibility to apply these materials in compressed earth for the realization of single or double walls, and all the parts constituting the structure of a self-stable construction without the need for chaining, internal finishing or external, of cut and cut; it also allows the correct mounting of the erected and aligned walls, the flatness of the juxtaposed faces with regular joints, without personnel qualified in a general way and without specialized tools as regards the assembly of interior and exterior arrangements on surfaces flat and level. It consists of an assortment of solid or recessed blocks in a number of shapes and sizes, all of which have profiling of convex-shaped shoulders, for example pyramidal or hemispherical, and receiving cavities of identical shape ensuring by juxtaposition and superimposition the self-stabilized joining of the bearing surfaces. In the accompanying drawings given by way of non-limiting example of one of the embodiments of the subject of the invention: FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 represent a self-locking block respectively seen from above, seen from below and in elevation with cut parts. Figures 4 and 6 show other examples of blocks constituting the constructive system Figure 5 illustrates some of the assemblies that can be achieved using the constructive system. Each block (FIGS. 1, 2 & 3) consists of a mass of treated and compressed earth comprising a pavement of convex, pyramidal or hemispherical-shaped shoulders for example (FIG. 1: 1) on its upper face and a pavement. honeycombs of identical shape (Fig 2: 2) on its lower face. These profiles ensure a perfectly regular interlocking and a perfect alignment of the walls with internal and external walls perfectly erected (Fig 5), their warping can be done by adhesive mortar. Additional cavities, in the form of portions of a cylinder in the example (FIGS. 2 & 3: 2, 3, 4), can be made on the edges of the lower facing to accommodate any excess glue and ensure the accuracy of the interlocking or in order to lighten the structure. The declination of these elements into compatible blocks of different shapes and sizes (Fig 4 & 6) allows the assembly of any freestanding structure without the need for cutting or resizing blocks and without specific tools. These solid or cellular blocks have the qualities of their structuring and high resistance by self-interlocking. These blocks remain stable after molding because the withdrawals or swellings that can occur are negligible compared to their dimensions. It is this molding precision that allows the mechanical assembly of the elements. However, the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the various elements of the construction system may vary within the limit of equivalents as well as the materials used for their manufacture or assembly without changing the general design of the invention that has just been described.
