3. Device (1) according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said locking means comprise at least one roller (8) in rotation relative to said turning means (5) so as to block at less a sheet by winding.

4. Device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said locking means are mounted movable in translation so as to deviate or to approach one another.

5. Device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said structure (2) comprises uprights (4) telescopic so as to raise or lower said turning means (5).
