  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, wherein said space (15) is in the form of at least one groove extending in revolution about the whole or part of each bar (13).
  3. Device (1) according to claim 2, wherein said retaining means (17) comprise a shape complementary to said groove, so as to be inserted by sliding into the latter.
  4. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said retaining means (17) are in the form of at least one removable rod (18) extending parallel to each bar (13) during the insertion into said space (15).
  5. Device (1) according to claim 4, wherein said retaining means (17) are in the form of at least two removable rods (18) spaced from and connected to each other at least at two points by means of fixing arcs (19).
  6. Device (1) according to any of claims 4 or 5, wherein each rod (18) is formed of at least one roller (20) mounted in free rotation about each rod (18).
  7. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said winding-up bars (13) are driven in rotation in opposite directions to each other.
  8. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said bars (13) are mounted in translation on said turning means (8), so as to come closer to or to separate from each other reciprocally during the winding-up or the unwinding of said sheets (3, 4).
