Il n'existe pas à ce jour sur le marché de dispositif permettant de limiter l'accès à la serrure d'un tel mécanisme verrouillable, qui donne toute satisfaction en pratique, particulièrement pour une application à des barrières pivotantes équipant des voies d'accès. Un objectif principal de l'invention est de remédier à cette lacune. La demande de brevet français n 03 01247, déposée au nom de la demanderesse, décrit une barrière pivotante pouvant être équipé du dispositif selon la présente invention. Cette barrière 1, représentée sur la figure 1, comprend un pilier ancré au sol au moyen d'une embase 2, un fût 3 solidaire d'un bras 4 engagé à pivotement sur le pilier, et un mécanisme verrouillable situé entre la tête du pilier et la paroi de fond du fût 3, permettant le verrouillage/déverrouillage du pivotement du fût 3 par rapport au pilier. Le fût 3 comprend un trou 5 pour l'engagement d'une clé de verrouillage/déverrouillage de la barrière 1, visible sur la figure 2. Cette clé 6 comprend une partie de préhension 6a, un axe intermédiaire 6b et une partie terminale élargie 6c. La paroi centrale de l'étrier 16 comprend une encoche 17 dont la portion supérieure est en V et permet le passage de ladite partie élargie 6c de la clé 6, et dont la portion inférieure est en U et présente une largeur supérieure à la largeur dudit axe intermédiaire 6b mais inférieure à la largeur de la partie 6c. La barrière 1 décrite ci-dessus donne satisfaction en pratique mais a pour inconvénient de n'être adaptée qu'à un seul type de clé. Or, il s'avère que certains utilisateurs, notamment les pompiers, utilisent un autre type de clé, à savoir une clé multifonctionnelle normalisée, couramment dénommée "tricoise" ou "polycoise", représentée sur la figure 3. Cette clé 20 comprend des extrémités de commande de serrures, à savoir une extrémité mâle triangulaire 21, une extrémité mâle carrée 22, une extrémité femelle 23 à empreinte triangulaire et une extrémité femelle 24 à empreinte carrée. Cette clé 20 comprend également une branche 25 dont un des bords latéral 26 est courbe et se termine par un ergot 27 ; cet ergot 27 est destiné à venir en prise avec un épaulement correspondant aménagé sur un embout de tuyau, la clé 20 étant utilisée comme un levier pour visser ou dévisser cet embout. Un objectif supplémentaire de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif permettant un déverrouillage d'urgence par une clé spécifique, notamment ce type de clé "tricoise" ou "polycoise". Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend : - un volet monté pivotant sur une paroi, en regard d'une ouverture permettant l'accès à la serrure, ce volet étant pivotant entre une position active, dans laquelle il interdit l'accès à la serrure en recouvrant ladite 3 ouverture, et une position d'effacement, dans laquelle il libère cette ouverture pour permettre l'accès à la serrure ; - une goupille engagée, en position active du volet, au travers de ce volet et d'une pièce solidaire de ladite paroi, et - une zone de prise aménagée sur le volet, permettant de prendre appui contre ce volet de manière à l'entraîner, au moyen d'une clé spécifique, en rotation vers sa position d'effacement, provoquant ainsi la rupture de la goupille.
