Abstract

Un amortisseur de fluctuation de couple (1) comprenant un disque (25) fixé sur un volant d'inertie (F), un moyeu (21) fixé sur une transmission (T), des première et deuxième plaques latérales (22A, 22B), un élément d'amortisseur (24), et des première et deuxième plaques de commande rivetées par un axe de butée (34), est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un premier mécanisme d'hystérésis comprenant des éléments à faible friction et générant une faible hystérésis, un deuxième mécanisme d'hystérésis comprenant des éléments à friction élevée et générant une hystérésis importante. Le moyeu comprend une partie de bride (21A) ayant un trou débouchant dans lequel est inséré l'axe de butée. Un angle de rotation relative entre les plaques de commande et le moyeu est défini par un jeu formé entre le trou débouchant et le moyeu. Le premier mécanisme d'hystérésis est activé lorsque l'angle de rotation relative est défini à l'intérieur du jeu.
