Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de tiges ou tubes gainés de matière plastique telle que du polyvinyle chlorure (PVC) et dans laquelle il est formé une gaine sur les tiges ou tubes par extrusion, caractérisé en ce que le PVC est imprégné, avant l'extrusion, d'huile essentielle.

Description

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de tiges ou
de barres gainées de matière plastique.
L'invention se rapporte à la fabrication de tiges ou barres qui sont gainées par extrusion de polyvinyle chlorure (PVC).
L'un des buts de la présente invention est de réaliser des tiges ou barres qui sont destinées à la réalisation de clayettes pour différentes applications et plus particulièrement pour des séchoirs à linge.
Le procédé, selon l'invention, vise la fabrication de tiges ou tubes gainés de matière plastique telle que du polyvinyle chlorure (PVC) et dans laquelle il est formé une gaine sur les tiges ou tubes par extrusion; ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que le PVC est imprégné, avant l'extrusion, d'huile essentielle.
Ainsi, on réalise des tiges ou tubes parfumés dont le parfum qui se dégage dure dans le temps.
De préférence, on mélange au PVC qui se présente sous forme de granules, une huile essentielle, l'ensemble étant placé dans une cuve avec un agitateur durant un laps de temps compris entre 3 et 5 heures.
On laisse le mélange reposer, après agitation, 30 durant 6 à 12 heures.
L'invention vise, également, l'application du procédé tel que ci-dessus défini pour la réalisation de clayettes plus particulièrement destinées à des séchoirs à linge.
L'invention va maintenant être décrite avec plus de détails en se référant à un mode de réalisation particulier donné à titre d'exemple seulement et représenté aux dessins annexés.
Figure 1 et figure 2 imagent le procédé selon 10 l'invention.
Figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'une clayette obtenue selon le procédé.
Figure 4 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne 4-4 de la figure 3.
A la figure 1, on a représenté une cuve 1 dans laquelle est déposé du PVC sous forme de granules 4. Pour 10 kg de PVC, on ajoute dans la cuve environ 1 kg d'huile essentielle et éventuellement un colorant.
La cuve 1 comporte un agitateur 3 qui est destiné à assurer un mélange homogène de l'huile essentielle et des granules de PVC. On fait tourner l'agitateur durant un laps de temps de l'ordre de 3 à 5 heures puis on laisse reposer les granules ainsi imprégnées durant environ 6 à 12 heures (voir figure 2).
Les granules 4 de PVC sont ensuite placées dans une extrudeuses à partir de laquelle on peut former, sur des tiges 5, des gaines 6. On peut également former des gaines 6 sur des tubes 7.
Les tubes et les tiges sont plus particulièrement destinés à la réalisation des clayettes 8 (voir figure 3) utilisables pour des séchoirs à linges.
Ainsi, on peut réaliser des clayettes 8 parfumées. Des différents essais qui ont été effectués, on a constaté qu'après plus de six mois, les odeurs initiales n'avaient pas été altérées.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation qui vient d'être décrit et représenté. On pourra y apporter de nombreuses modifications de détail sans sortir pour cela du cadre de l'invention. 20 25

Claims (1)

  1. 4 REVENDICATIONS
    1. Procédé de fabrication de tiges ou tubes gainés de matière plastique telle que du polyvinyle chlorure (PVC) et dans laquelle il est formé une gaine sur les tiges ou tubes par extrusion, caractérisé en ce que le PVC est imprégné, avant l'extrusion, d'huile essentielle.
    2. Procédé de fabrication de tiges ou tubes gainés, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on mélange au PVC qui se présente sous forme de granules (4), une huile essentielle, l'ensemble étant placé dans une cuve (1) avec un agitateur (3) durant un laps de temps compris entre 3 et 5 heures.
    3. Procédé de fabrication de tiges ou tubes gainés, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on laisse le mélange reposer après agitation durant 6 à 12 heures.
    4. Application du procédé, selon la revendication 1 et les revendications 2 et 3, à la fabrication de clayettes.
    5. Application du procédé, selon la revendication 1 et les revendications 2 et 3, à des séchoirs à linge.
