Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une α-alumine particulaire qui comprend les étapes (Ia) et (Ib), l'étape (II) suivantes :(Ia) éliminer l'eau d'un mélange contenant de l'eau, un germe cristallin et un hydrolysat obtenu par hydrolyse d'un composé d'aluminium dans des conditions d'un pH de 5 ou moins et d'une température de 60°C ou moins,(Ib) calciner la poudre résultante,(II) calciner une poudre mixte contenant de 75 à 1 % en poids d'un précurseur d'α-alumine (en termes de Al2O3) et de 25 à 99 % en poids d'un germe cristallin (en termes d'oxyde d'un composant métallique).
