Abstract

The package has a metallic circular base (2) that is set on a non-metallic piece (3) forming a display or a support for an object. The piece provides a seating (4) including fixation studs (6) for fixing a tubular box (5). The piece has a tubular portion (12) and an exterior return (13) arranged at an end of the tubular portion. The base has a peripheral zone (10) that is set on the tubular portion and the return.

Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine des emballages à fond métallique serti.
Dans l'état actuel de la technique, il est connu d'utiliser des emballages comportant des fonds métalliques sertis sur des pièces métalliques ou des pièces en carton.
Une utilisation particulière est la réalisation d'un support ou d'un présentoir pour un objet contenu dans l'emballage. Dans ce cas, il est parfois souhaitable de réaliser un support ou un présentoir qui ne soit pas complètement métallique, pour des raisons économiques, esthétiques et de fragilité des objets contenus dans l'emballage.
De façon habituelle, le support est alors constitué d'au moins deux pièces distinctes. Le fond métallique est serti sur une pièce en métal sur laquelle sont fixées d'autres pièces non métalliques formant le support ou le présentoir.
Cette approche implique une étape de montage entre les différentes pièces constitutive du support ou du présentoir, qui augmente le temps de réalisation et la complexité de l'emballage.
La présente invention pallie ces inconvénients en fournissant un support ou présentoir constitué d'une seule pièce non métallique, supprimant ainsi l'étape de montage et diminuant le coût de l'emballage.
La présente invention a pour objet un emballage avec fond métallique serti caractérisé en ce que le fond métallique est serti sur une pièce qui forme présentoir ou support pour au moins un objet et qui présente une portée pour l'emboîtement d'une coiffe tubulaire.
La réalisation du support ou présentoir en une pièce unique permettant également l'emboîtement de la coiffe supprime les étapes de montage nécessaires dans la réalisation de supports en plusieurs pièces.
L'invention est également caractérisée en ce que la pièce qui forme présentoir ou support comporte une portion tubulaire et un retour extérieur ménagé à l'extrémité de cette portion tubulaire, sur laquelle est serti le fond métallique.
La portion tubulaire et le retour garantissent une fixation du fond sur la pièce, le retour étant bloqué dans le sertissage.
L'invention est également caractérisée en ce que la portée pour l'emboîtement d'une coiffe tubulaire comporte des tétons de fixation.
Ces tétons permettent la fixation de la coiffe tout en conservant une zone de contact minimale entre la coiffe et le socle ou présentoir.
Avantageusement, la pièce sur laquelle est serti le fond est une pièce thermoformée.
L'utilisation d'un matériau thermoformé pour la pièce constituant le support ou présentoir permet de réaliser des formes de présentoir très variées.
Selon une autre possibilité, la pièce sur laquelle est serti le fond est une pièce injectée.
Selon une autre possibilité, la pièce sur laquelle est serti le fond est une pièce en résine.
Selon une autre possibilité, la pièce sur laquelle est serti le fond est une pièce en bois.
Selon une autre possibilité, la pièce sur laquelle est serti le fond est une pièce en aluminium.
Les matériaux cités ci-dessus permettent également de réaliser des formes variées de support ou présentoir.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la pièce sur laquelle est sertie le fond est de section ovale, notamment circulaire.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la pièce sur laquelle est sertie le fond est de section polygonale arrondie aux angles.
Le sertissage permet d'utiliser des formes de pièces variées, devant toutefois présenter des angles arrondis.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant plusieurs formes d'exécution de cet emballage.
La figure 1 en est une vue en perspective éclatée avant sertissage du fond métallique. La figure 2 en est une vue en coupe longitudinale et à échelle agrandie après sertissage du fond métallique et fermeture. La figure 1 représente un emballage comportant un fond métallique (2) destiné à être serti sur une pièce (3) qui forme présentoir et qui présente une portée (4) pour l'emboîtement d'une coiffe tubulaire (5). Des tétons (6) de fixation sont ménagés sur la portée (4).
La coiffe (5) comporte une paroi latérale de forme cylindrique (7) en matière plastique transparente comportant un retour (8) intérieur à une extrémité et un fond métallique (9) serti sur la paroi latérale (7) fermant la coiffe (5) à son autre extrémité.
La pièce (3) formant le présentoir comporte une portion tubulaire (12) et un retour extérieur (13) ménagé à l'extrémité de la portion tubulaire.
Le fond métallique (2) de forme circulaire comporte une zone périphérique (10) destinée à être sertie sur la portion tubulaire (12) et le retour externe (13) de la pièce (3) formant le présentoir.
La figure 2 montre le fond métallique (2) de forme circulaire comportant une zone périphérique (10) sertie sur la portion tubulaire (12) et le retour extérieur (13) de la pièce (3) formant le présentoir. La figure 2 illustre également le mode de fermeture de l'emballage par blocage du retour intérieur (8) de la coiffe (5) derrière les tétons de fixation (6). L'inviolabilité peut être assurée par un ruban adhésif non représenté disposé sur la jointure entre la coiffe (5) et la pièce (3) formant un support ou un présentoir.
L'invention ne se limite pas à la forme d'exécution décrite, elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes. C'est ainsi notamment que la pièce formant un support ou un présentoir peut être une pièce thermoformée, mais aussi injectée, en résine, en bois ou aluminium ou autre matériau pouvant servir de base au sertissage.
D'autre part la pièce formant présentoir peut être de section circulaire mais aussi de section ovale ou de section polygonale arrondie aux angles, le sertissage permettant d'utiliser des formes de pièce variées, devant toutefois présenter des angles arrondis.

A particular use is the production of a support or a display for an object contained in the packaging. In this case, it is sometimes desirable to make a support or a display which is not completely metallic, for economic, aesthetic and fragile reasons of the objects contained in the packaging.
Usually, the support then consists of at least two separate parts. The metal base is crimped onto a metal part on which are fixed other non-metallic parts forming the support or the display.
This approach involves a mounting step between the different parts of the support or the display, which increases the production time and the complexity of the packaging.
The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by providing a support or display unit made of a single non-metallic part, thus eliminating the assembly step and reducing the cost of packaging.
The subject of the present invention is a packaging with a crimped metal bottom, characterized in that the metal bottom is crimped onto a part which forms a display or support for at least one object and which has a surface for fitting a tubular cap.
The realization of the support or display in a single piece also allowing the fitting of the cap eliminates the assembly steps necessary in the production of supports in several pieces.
The invention is also characterized in that the part which forms a display or support comprises a tubular portion and an external return formed at the end of this tubular portion, on which the metal bottom is crimped.
The tubular portion and the return guarantee a fixing of the bottom on the part, the return being blocked in the crimping.
The invention is also characterized in that the bearing surface for the fitting of a tubular cap comprises fixing pins.
These nipples allow the cap to be fixed while retaining a minimal contact area between the cap and the base or display.
Advantageously, the part on which the bottom is crimped is a thermoformed part.
The use of a thermoformed material for the part constituting the support or display makes it possible to produce very varied display shapes.
According to another possibility, the part on which the bottom is crimped is an injected part.
According to another possibility, the part on which the bottom is crimped is a resin part.
According to another possibility, the part on which the bottom is crimped is a wooden part.
According to another possibility, the part on which the bottom is crimped is an aluminum part.
The materials mentioned above also make it possible to produce various forms of support or display.
According to one embodiment, the part on which the bottom is crimped is of oval section, in particular circular.
According to another embodiment, the part on which the bottom is crimped is of polygonal section rounded at the corners.
The crimping makes it possible to use various forms of parts, which must however have rounded corners.
The invention will be better understood with the aid of the description which follows, with reference to the appended schematic drawing representing several embodiments of this packaging.
Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view before crimping the metal bottom. Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view on an enlarged scale after crimping the metal base and closing. FIG. 1 represents a package comprising a metal bottom (2) intended to be crimped onto a part (3) which forms a display stand and which has a bearing surface (4) for the fitting of a tubular cap (5). Fixing pins (6) are provided on the bearing surface (4).
The cap (5) has a cylindrical side wall (7) made of transparent plastic material having a return (8) inside at one end and a metal bottom (9) crimped on the side wall (7) closing the cap (5) at its other end.
The part (3) forming the display comprises a tubular portion (12) and an external return (13) formed at the end of the tubular portion.
The metallic bottom (2) of circular shape comprises a peripheral zone (10) intended to be crimped on the tubular portion (12) and the external return (13) of the part (3) forming the display.
Figure 2 shows the metal bottom (2) of circular shape comprising a peripheral zone (10) crimped on the tubular portion (12) and the external return (13) of the part (3) forming the display. FIG. 2 also illustrates the method of closing the packaging by blocking the internal return (8) of the cover (5) behind the fixing studs (6). The inviolability can be ensured by an adhesive tape (not shown) placed on the joint between the cap (5) and the part (3) forming a support or a display.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment described, on the contrary it embraces all variants. Thus, in particular, the part forming a support or a display can be a thermoformed part, but also an injected part, made of resin, wood or aluminum or other material which can serve as a basis for crimping.
On the other hand the piece forming a display can be of circular section but also of oval section or of polygonal section rounded at the corners, the crimping making it possible to use various shapes of piece, however having to have rounded corners.
