  The invention relates to an anti-lifting device for

  sliding door, window or the like.

  The present invention relates to the field of building hardware and relates, in particular, to fittings for sliding leaves. In the context of a door, window or the like, comprising at least one leaf mounted to slide on a sleeping frame, it is usual for said leaf to have, in a vertical direction, relative mobility relative to the sleeping frame to allow

its hanging on the latter.

  Obviously, this relative mobility must be condemned, in particular once the leaf closed and locked on the sleeping frame, otherwise breaking into a dwelling would hardly pose any difficulties insofar as it would suffice to lift said leaf from the outside. and, finally, by a

  reverse operation, unhook it from the frame.

  Most of the time, this anti-lifting function is ensured through the locking fitting which comes to equip

such a sliding leaf.

  Usually, this fitting is associated with the front upright of this leaf and comprises a locking member, for example a hook bolt, provided capable of cooperating with a keeper formed on the corresponding upright of the sleeping frame, after closing the door or window. In all cases, such an attempted break-in may cause deformations at the level of the locking members, or even, possibly, a play of the leaf relative to its sleeping frame, detrimental to the proper functioning of

  said door or window later.

  Ultimately, the invention aims to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks through an anti-lifting device for sliding door leaf, window or the like, which is able to assist, in a complementary manner, the locking fitting fitted, usually, this leaf, this in this anti-lifting function, but also in its primary locking function. Also, this anti-lifting device, in accordance with the invention, comprises a prewept keeper capable of being attached to the edge of an amount of said sliding leaf and comprising an opening extending in a direction perpendicular to the plane of this leaf and in which is prewe able to come to engage, under the action of elastic return means and by displacement in the same direction, a locking finger slidably mounted in a housing associated in correspondence with the frame or a sliding leaf

  As shown in Figure 1 of the accompanying drawings, the present invention relates to the field of sliding doors or windows. Thus, such a door or window 1 comprises one or more leaves 2, 2A of which at least one is slidably mounted on a frame 3. More particularly, this sliding leaf 2 comprises, usually at the height of its front upright 4 located on the side o the opening takes place, a locking fitting 5 which, through an appropriate control mechanism, acts on at least one locking member, such as a hook bolt capable of cooperating with a keeper attached to the upright

This is slidably mounted in a housing 15 associated, in correspondence, with the sleeping frame 3 or

  to another leaf 2 adjacent to this door, window or other 1.

  In essence, such an anti-lifting device 7 equips the rear upright 10 of the sliding leaf 2, opposite the

  front upright 4 provided with locking fitting 5.

  According to an advantageous embodiment, said keeper 8 comprises a fixing plate 16 through which it is provided capable of being attached to the edge 9 of this rear upright 10 of the sliding leaf 2. On this fixing plate 16 is provided, parallel to direction 12, either perpendicular to the plane of the door or window 1, at least one guide and retaining ledge 17 above which extends the opening 11 intended to

receiving said locking finger 14.

  For questions of reversibility of this keeper 8, the latter adopts a symmetrical configuration and comprises at its fixing plate 16 a second guiding and retaining twist 18 arranged parallel to the first 17 and delimiting with the latter and in combination with said fixing plate 16, a channel 19

  corresponding to said opening 11.

  As shown in Figures 3 and 5, the locking finger 14, coming to be registered between the two guide and retaining retorts 17, 18 placed at different levels along the rear upright 10 of the sliding leaf 2, prevents that -to move,

  vertically, relative to the frame 3.

  So as to allow the connection of this keeper 8 at the edge 9 corresponding to the rear upright 10 of the sliding leaf 2, said fixing plate 16 has openings, not shown, for the passage of fixing members, such as screws or Similar. In particular, such openings and the fixing members that they receive are prews capable of being erased under covers 20, coming to define, advantageously, extensions of the guide and retaining edges 17, 18.
