  Description of a preferred embodiment

  In FIG. 1, a bin 10 made of molded plastic, is composed of a bin 12 for receiving waste, a frame 14 for accessories

  to cover the upper edge 16 of the container 12, and of a cover 18 for closing.

  The container 12 has a substantially parallelepiped shape with a bottom

  closed, and opposite an opening 22 delimited by the upper edge 16.

  The frame 14 for accessories shown in detail in FIGS. 2 to 4 has a flange 24 curved downward and extending along the entire

  periphery so as to completely cover the upper edge 16 of the container 12.

  The frame 14 is simply placed or clipped onto the container 12, and is capable of jamming the folded edge of a garbage bag (not shown) for protection housed inside the container 12. The rear part 26 of the frame 14 is equipped hinge means 28, 30 of the cover 18, which can pivot about a horizontal axis between an open position (Figure 5) and a closed position (Figure 6). A cavity 32 is integrated in the frame 14, and has the shape of a semi-cylindrical chute with closed bottom extending transversely over the entire width for the storage of a roll of garbage bags or of any

other accessories.

  1 0 The orifice 34 delimited by the frame 14 is smaller than the opening 22, and is arranged partially above the latter because of the presence of the cavity 32. Support legs 36 (Figure 3) are staggered along the inner wall 38 of the rim 24 to bear on the upper edge 16 of the

tray 12.

  The dimensions of the pivoting cover 18 correspond to those of the opening 22 of the tank 12, so as to cover, in the closed position, both the cavity 32 and the orifice 34. A flap hatch 38 is provided in the cover 18 for allow access to the interior of the container 12 while maintaining the cover 18 in

closed position.

  The different phases of use of the trash 10 are illustrated in FIGS. 5-7: In the state of FIG. 5, the cover 18 is in the closed position, and access to the roll of trash bags in the cavity 32 is condemned. The cover 18 completely closes the cavity 32, but it is always possible to throw the waste into the tank 12 following the manual tilting of the hatch 38 inwards. The hatch 38 is pivotally mounted about an axis 40, and a torsion spring (not shown) causes the automatic return of the

hatch 38 to the closed position.

  In the open state of FIG. 6, the cover 18 is open, allowing access to the roll of trash bags in the cavity 32. To throw away the trash bag

  filled with waste, if you just have to remove the frame 14 beforehand.

  After introducing a new garbage bag into the bin 12, the frame 14 is replaced, followed by the closing of the cover 18 (FIG. 7). In this position

  closed, the hatch 38 is closed, and access to the cavity 32 is made impossible.

Claims   1. A trash can (10) made of molded plastic, comprising a container (12) for receiving the waste, a frame (14) support with a curved edge (24) attached to the open upper edge (16) of the container (12), and a closing cover (18), characterized in that the frame (14) comprises articulation means (28,) of the cover (18), and a cavity (32) shaped according to a storage chute for an accessory, Access to said cavity (32) being inhibited in position closed cover (18).   2. Trash can according to claim 1, characterized in that the cavity (32) extends transversely over the entire width of the frame (14), and is interposed between the articulation means (28, 30) and an orifice (34 ), which has a dimension smaller than that of the opening (22) delimited by   the upper edge (16) of the tank (12).   3. Trash can according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that support tabs (36) are staggered along the internal wall (38) of the flange (24)   to come to bear on the upper edge (16) of the tank (12).   4. Trash can according to claim 2, characterized in that the cover (18)   pivoting covers in the closed position, both the cavity (32) and the orifice (34).   5. Trash can according to claim 4, characterized in that the cover (18) is provided with a flap (38) toggle to allow access to the interior of the bin   (12) in the closed position of said cover, while protecting the cavity (32).   6. Trash can according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that   the accessory intended to be stored in said cavity (32) comprises a roll of new trash bags to constitute a reserve ready for use and readily available.
