The present invention relates to a versatile appliance for cooking or grilling food, in particular at the table or in the open air, comprising a hollowed-out support frame, a removable waterproof container, corresponding to the recess provided in said frame and comprising a shoulder on its periphery. , a hob in a horizontal position arranged to rest on said shoulder and at least one electric heater disposed in said tray under the hob, and immediately comprising a removable reflector, supported by two rods.

 It is now well known practice to grill food on a stone or a grill.

Initially in the first generation of devices, the stone had to be placed in the oven beforehand for about two hours, it is long, tedious, dangerous and once the stone placed on the table, it cooled very quickly.

In addition, this air space around the entire periphery acts as an insulator by the less good conductivity of the air relative to the metal, but above all by the fact that a permanent and upward movement of air will ensure a automatic and natural cooling of the waterproof container and capture the radiation heat from the waterproof container, which can go to the support frame.

The support frame therefore guarantees obtaining a device with cold walls, a source of great security and comfort.

The design of the removable components also makes it possible to offer the versatility to the invention. The reflector being removable, it suffices to remove it and place it immersed at the bottom of the waterproof container for the invention to become a table or outdoor barbecue.

The invention is characterized in that it suffices to remove the baking stone or any baking sheet by a barbecue grill. In this case, the fats fall into the container containing water. Fats cannot burn, there is no risk of flame, no smoke.

The reflector being immersed maintains this advantage while sending the infrared upwards.

In this embodiment, the invention may include a switch or thermostat allowing two or more powers of the heating body.
