Abstract

Procédé et dispositif d'alignement des lames d'une tête porte-outils d'un dispositif granulateur pour matières thermoplastiques. On réalise très progressivement le rapprochement de la tête (4) porte-outils et d'une plaque rodeuse (3) recouverte d'une couche (9) de matière abrasive, et on aligne les lames (6) dans un même plan de rotation en les rodant. Dans le dispositif, la tête (4) porte-outils, stationnaire et entraînée en rotation, est montée, avec la cloche (2) qui l'entoure, sur un plateau récepteur (1) et la plaque rodeuse (3) est fixée à l'extrémité libre de la cloche (2). Application notamment à l'entretien des dispositifs de fabrication de granulés en matières thermoplastiques.
